"The lady at the counter has a bad attitude. I called before I came to ask if I could come early to put my suitcase. At that moment, the lady at counter A said yes. So we came early to put our luggage. Arrive at the hotel around 11am. The counter said that I had to pay the rent. I said that I had already filled in the card fee and paid in Trip. You should confirm it in your own system first. Later I took my mobile phone to confirm. I mentioned that trip gave us an order code and PIN code. The manager also told them that having the order code means that I have already ordered it. Next, we didn't say we wanted to check in early. Ms. B just told the counter that we would need to pay extra for early check-in (early check-in fee). Most importantly, she didn't ask us if we needed to check in early. bad attitude. At first I spoke in Vietnamese, but later on I started speaking in Chinese. The manager later allowed us to check in early, but the front desk manager still made me feel very uncomfortable."

The hotel space is luxurious, the staff is friendly. The hotel buffet is quite diverse and delicious. All rooms have sunlight. You can swim in the artificial beach and have fun at the nearby water park. Suitable for family and friends."

"This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and has a price tag to match. Both nights we stayed there events were being held on the lawn outside our room. The events had loud music and could be heard from across the whole hotel. Hilariously the meditation centre was one of the worst places as the pounding bass was only interrupted by the MC shouting. We had to call the front desk to try to get some peace but to no avail. Eventually we were offered a free late check out as compensation but it didn’t make up for the disruption."
