Haiphong Hotels with Balcony

We had a great stay here! It’s a lovely new hotel right in the middle of Hai Phong. Since most of the city was closed for New Years, we ate most meals here as well. They were accommodating to our 11 month old baby. The play room near the restaurant was a lot of fun the staff were all very nice and helpful. If we’re ever back in Haiphong, we would stay here again!

This hotel is incredibly beautiful and well located. The beach, pool and views to the islands are stunning. The room was ok, big size. Breakfast was delicious, with lot of western options and Vietnamite options aswell to try the local food. The only problem for us is that we went on low season so most of the facilities were closed , only one restaurant was open so we didn't have to much options to choose, we didn't like that because we booked the hotel considering the variety of things that the hotel offer and they didn't told us that in advance. Other thing, is that the staff was so friendly and willing to help, but most of the people didn't speak English so was a little bit complicated to ask for things. But in summary, hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in a hotel next to my friend's community. The hotel was large, the front desk was very welcoming, and there were 3 outdoor swimming pools and children's play facilities. There were shopping malls and shops next to it, so it was very convenient for dining. I also ran into a friend from Suzhou and played with him in the square next to it.

The air conditioner needs to be cleaned, or the smell of the air will be disgusting. Your system turn off the AC especially during late night, it makes the smell bad. Please improve so that we can come back again.

The room has a spacious living room and open kitchen. I also impressed with the balcony and catchy view from the 15th floor. The apartment is only 10-15 minutes of driving to the airport, and also near Lach Tray street where we can find many restaurant and street foods. Besides, the apartment surrounding also has coffee shop like Starbucks, restaurants and convenient store that you can reach by walking a few minutes.

It is an old hotel built in the 90s, but it is well-maintained. Breakfast is located on the 8th floor, and the food is neatly prepared. There are also famous restaurants nearby, so it is a good place to eat. It is good for business trips or travelers~^^

The location is very good because it is in the middle of Korean street. Korean marts come out about 3 if you walk a little. It is not too far from Haiphong Airport, Go Haiphong Mart (Big C), Ion Mall, etc. The hotel is divided into two buildings, the building with the main front desk for check-in/out is the building on the reservation site, which mainly has regular hotel rooms, and the small swimming pool and breakfast on the 8th floor There is a restaurant. The other building is located diagonally on the left opposite from the building with the front desk, between the main roads, mainly residential apartment accommodations, and a small gym. I stayed in an apartment and it was comfortable with everything I had, including refrigerator, washing machine, wardrobe, safe, microwave, electric kettle, sink, tableware. (There was no dryer, but if you ask, you will bring it.) The room was very large and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioner was comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom and shower is good. The swimming pool is small, but the water quality is clean and deep, so it was worth playing in the water. However, if you don't want to be embarrassed because the breakfast restaurant is right in front of you, it would be better to use it when there are no people in the restaurant. There's a place to sit on the pool side, a small shower room, a changing room, a toilet, a towel, etc. Breakfast is included at a cheap price, but breakfast is delicious than I thought. The chef of the aunt who looks like a Chinese who looks warm (?) cooks, but there are not many kinds of food, but it is full and delicious. Especially rice noodles are inhaled every day. The hotel staff are not very good at English, but they are friendly and try their best to help customers. After I checked out, I waited for the limousine bus to Hanoi. The bus didn't pick me up and just left. When I asked for help, I saw the information of the bus app and saw the bus driver, I called the platform service person, the bus company person, and helped me take the bus next time, and I checked the number of the pick-up vehicle and the expected arrival time so that I wouldn't miss the car. If there were no staff, I would have missed the flight from Hanoi. Thank you so much! And I'm going to tell you a few shortcomings. - The key in the room is not a card key. It was a bit uncomfortable because I had to open it with a key and lock it. - The window view is a construction site, so there's nothing to see, and the air is cloudy, so I always close the windows and put the curtains on. - The gym is too small and stuffy to match. - For apartment buildings, you can't search for hotel addresses or locations on Google or Jalo, so it's a little difficult to call grabs or deliver food. You have to call the hotel on the other side of the address and location, and explain for a while that it's either going out there or the building on the other side. - Sure enough, it's an apartment building issue, but due to the security characteristics of Vietnamese architectural style (?) that the first floor is open outside, the guard uncle drops the main shutter for entering and exiting the building around 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Of course, when you press the doorbell, you will come out and open it, but there is no such explanation at the time of check-in, so I was very embarrassed at first. I didn't know where the doorbell was. I was a little sorry to have to wake up the guard when I went home late or when I was playing. The hotel building across the street has a front desk staff and the building is different, so it is open 24 hours a day, so you can enter and exit comfortably. I've mentioned a few shortcomings, but in fact, it wasn't a big inconvenience to stay. I can recommend it as a very good accommodation for the price. But it's better to avoid women or family travel. That's not the problem with this hotel, but the whole alley (Korean and Japanese streets, Bancao streets) is a dense area of nightlife such as massage, karaoke, karaoke, and bars. For women or family travel, it is recommended to find accommodation in the area of ion mall or Vincom Plaza.

Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic Environment: Quiet in the bustle, convenient transportation Service: The staff at the counter are friendly and polite, and the service is very attentive. Although the breakfast is simple, the hot rice noodles served every day are quite delicious.

The room facilities and bathroom are clean and hygienic, and the scenery outside the window is also very beautiful. The overall feeling is warm. Parking is also very convenient. It is worth recommending and will arrange to stay here next time.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.
