Mountain View Hotels in Pattaya

The apartment was very beautiful and very well organised and the location was amazing. We really had a good time very quiet and very neat. The only problem or the only feedback I would like to give is if the bathroom could be clean very deeply as in the grouting looks little off and dirtySyed that everything was nice

The location of the Hotel is just perfect, close to anywhere you want to go by walk in city center. Very clean , very friendly and helpful staff. They provide you free tea and coffee in Tea Room all day and they have a just big enough, nice pool surrounded by tropikal trees and plants. It was a pleasure to stay there. Highly recommended 👍

Good Apartments. Good location. There were three of us. My wife and I on a cot, our son on a fold-out sofa. The apartment has everything. We were very happy to stay in such apartments. You can see the sunrise from the window. We lived for two weeks. We did not encounter any cockroaches in the apartment. But from what other guests have told us, there are cockroaches on the lower floors. The pool is not heated, like everywhere else.

Great short one day trip to pattaya well spent at this hotel. Although it’s near the Roong Reuang beach about 10 minutes walk from hotel, it is a little bit far from Pattaya beach. Near hotel, there are massage shops and coffee shops. You can swim at rooftop pool and chill too. Room is quite big and clean. Mirrors are huge and clear. Bathroom is quite nice. View from hotel is not that great but overall, the hotel provides things completely. Breakfast provides rice, curry, fruits, breads, coffee, juice so on. The food restaurant at ground level where we had breakfast is not well air conditioned and feeling warm inside.

Shower was way to moldy and took a long time to get it to slightly warm water in the shower, and it flooded in the shower. Nice sun out on the balcony if you wanted a tan. Clean sheets. Tv worker. Good size mini fridge.

What I liked about the hotel: 1). A room with a sea view. Now that's the only reason I want to go back there 2). Large rooms 3). Good breakfasts (watermelon, pineapple, vegetables, meat, stewed vegetables, pasta, coffee, cream, water). The meat and granola were changed daily 4). There is a safe 5). Beautiful grounds. Squirrels run around 6). There is a Russian market nearby. There is a large amount of fish and shrimp at low prices (from 80 to 200 baht). There is a shop nearby where they sell smoothies for 20 baht. Now we have moved to the north of Pattaya. Everything is more expensive here. That's why I am writing based on comparisons 7). I have read a lot about the fact that the sea in the north of Pattaya is cleaner than near Pattaya Park. Nothing of the sort. The sea is the same. We went to Koh Lan and to the military beach. The sea is more beautiful there. What confused us: 1). There are only Russians in the hotel. And many swear and drink. A drunk compatriot of ours accosted me in the elevator. Of course, the hotel can't influence this. But I was a little shocked by this. 2). The building with the tower looks like a sanatorium from the 90s. It needs renovation. 3). The floors are poorly washed. When we first entered the room, there was hair on the floor. When we left the room and came back after cleaning, there was also hair on the floor. Overall, I recommend the hotel for the stunning sunsets).

The location is great as it is close to the Walking Street, the hotel looks beautiful from outside. I was given room 709, the room was extremely hot with the A/C set for 17C. Called the front desk twice, and each time the maintenance guy would say it would cool down. After a few hours, the room still showing at 28C, had to call again, the older gentleman at the front desk showed up, very annoyed, told me it was hot outside and my room was colder than most rooms and every room is the same. I could not sleep the entire night as I was laying in my sweat. The following morning, I had to talk to a female front desk staff to change to another room, which is much cooler. I would not stay there again.

First time i have stayed here but everything perfect from when i parked my far the security guard helped carry my luggage to reception then the staff there very polite gave me key for room. The room was big with small balcony but super comfortable bed nice shower with bathtub a nice touch you usually only get in very expensive rooms great view of pratumnak 10/10 i will definately stay there next time with my wife great location thankyou very much to everyone for making my stay perfect thankyou mark rodgers

Facilities: The room is a one-bedroom and one-living room. There is a TV but I didn't turn it on. The refrigerator is not small and can hold a lot of things. There is a microwave and a stove induction cooker. It is quite complete. The room I stayed in did not have Wi-Fi. The headboard is a bit mottled after a long time because it is made of fabric. It is recommended to replace it with wood or other materials. Hygiene: It was cleaned very cleanly when I checked in. Environment: This is an apartment complex about 700 meters away from the beach. It is very quiet. There are security guards at the gate and each building. They are enthusiastic and responsible. There is a circular swimming pool under the balcony. The vehicles are also parked in an orderly manner. Turn right and there are 7-11 and some simple restaurants 50 meters after leaving the community. Go straight to the beach and you will find the Internet-famous big crab restaurant. It is very close to the tiger park, shooting range and floating market, but I don't recommend it. It is not far from the Internet-famous nitan cafe, but it is a bit far from the place where motorcycles are rented, so I need to grab it. Service: Check-in is directly connected with the landlord. Originally, because there was an early check-in service, I thought that I could check in almost as soon as I arrived in Bangkok in the early morning, but I didn't enjoy it because there was no room. And I arrived in the early morning, so it was very inconvenient, which led to a sleepless night. Personally, I think if such services cannot be provided, it would be better to cancel, or notify the tenant in advance and give other solutions. If that doesn't work, I will book one more night because the price is still very cheap. Although the landlord later mentioned that there is a club sauna, I really don't know much about such places because it is my first time staying in such places, and the security guards usually don't know much about the stay. In the end, I left my suitcase and stayed outside until after 2 o'clock before returning to check in. I was a little tired. Finally: I hope the landlord can solve the bedside and Wi-Fi issues.

Always a pleasure to stay in the president. Big room, excellent wifi. Hot power shower, great view from balcony. Gym, Sauna, Steamroom. Pool goes into the shade in the afternoon, but a decent size. Staff always friendly and helpful. 5 stars. I've stayed 11 times. Recommend
