The villa itself is very very good. Clean and tidy. It got KARAOKE system, high end speakers and mics. Directly connect to YouTube music, Netflix, private pool, bathtubs, snooker table, open kitchen. It really has everything. Definitely need your own car or your own sort of transportation other than that it ticks every box. 7-11s are also closed by. 100% would definitely come back again with my group of friends when we are travelling to Pattaya again. Perfect for big family’s, couples and groups of friends together. The pictures in these reviews couldn’t do its justice. When I stepped foot inside I was running around like a kid. It was simply that good! Had the chance to stayed there for 3-4 days straight. Also got its own washing machines and dryer 😂

Positive: We rented the place because I needed some space to clear up my diving gear, and this one was perfect for that. It has a billiard table to play with family or friends. Food mart in walking distance. The compound is secure with guards and portals around. 10min drive to Balihai Pier so suggest for divers. Housekeeping is amazing very clean and helpful. No amenities except towels and hairdryers, but that was in the description so wasnt a problem at all. Towels are clean and replaced every other day so that was a thumbs up too. Negative points: the property asks you for approx 15% deposit but it never tells you that you must pay in ”cash” until the last minute. I had to rush the day before checkin to exchange enough cash. Get prepared with sufficient cash if you are booking this place, because nobody will tell you cash-only until D-1. On the last day the manager asked me that she would deduct 3000thb for electricity fee and I said it's ridiculous. She eventually didnt charge that fee but it was somewhat wierd to even say so.

booked this villa quite impulsively during a long holiday when it was very hard to find available places. After booking, I read the reviews and felt a bit uneasy, as some mentioned cleanliness and privacy concerns. Since the booking was non-refundable, we decided to stay. The experience turned out better than expected. The villa was spacious and reasonably priced. It wasn’t perfect, but it was comfortable and felt more relaxed than what the reviews suggested. The owner was friendly and respectful. He gave us full privacy and never entered the villa during our stay. Whenever we needed help, he was responsive and willing to assist. In the end, it was a pleasant stay and better than I initially expected.

Having visited Pattaya many times, I decided to try this newly opened villa, and I honestly give it a 10/10 recommendation! In the past, staying in a villa always presented one big problem: there was never anything nearby. This place, however, is incredibly convenient. Right outside, there are 7-Elevens and street food stalls, so you'll never have to worry about going hungry. The room is spacious and well-equipped. This hotel is part of a chain with several villa options, so you don't have to worry too much about disturbing local residents. The housekeeper cleans the room daily, making for a very comfortable stay. You can cook, do laundry, and even have a BBQ with friends. The pool is also large enough for swimming. In terms of location, it's about a 15-minute drive to Terminal 21, which is perfectly acceptable. There's also a large Big C supermarket nearby. This place is definitely suitable for families and large groups of friends! I will definitely stay here again next time!

The location was difficult to understand and I was quite at a loss to arrive by taxi. Even when I asked for a hood, it seemed that it was difficult to understand that the driver called me many times. The children were swimming in the pool and having a comfortable time.

The hotel looked just like the pictures, and was even better in person! The facilities were all brand new, and the location was very convenient, making ordering food delivery incredibly easy. We had a perfect vacation with friends.
