"Great location, there's a small mall with a supermarket right outside, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Robinsons Department Store. However, the room wasn't clean; there was a bunch of hair on the floor. The AC is a wall-mounted unit, not central air, and it blows directly on you, which is very uncomfortable. Plus, all the sea-view rooms are on lower floors, facing the elevator."

"Overview This was our first time staying at the property, and overall, we found it to be a pleasant family-oriented destination with several positive highlights alongside a few areas for potential improvement. Service and Staff The service throughout our stay was exceptionally good. The staff members were consistently friendly, polite, and professional. Due to the holiday period, the hotel was operating at a high occupancy level, resulting in a minor wait during check-in; however, this was entirely within expected parameters. Housekeeping was equally reliable, with staff maintaining a high standard of professionalism and security within the guest rooms. Accommodations and Facilities Room Layout and Views: We booked a ”sea view” room. While the sea is technically visible, the architectural layout of the main building resembles a ”T” shape, meaning direct ocean-facing rooms are limited. From our specific balcony, the sea was visible only by looking to the far left, while the primary view from the bed overlooked the parking area and neighboring buildings. Room Comfort and Amenities: The shower facilities were notably spacious and comfortable. As a guest of larger stature, I found the bathroom amenities and the heavy-duty, armrest-free dining chairs to be exceptionally accommodating and comfortable. Noise Levels: Our room was located on the 7th floor overlooking the pool. During daytime hours, ambient noise from children using the pool area was clearly audible. Consequently, guests seeking a quiet retreat should note that this functions primarily as a family-friendly resort. Dining The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection with numerous options to suit various preferences. While the international and general selections were satisfactory, the traditional Thai dishes received a more modest reception. Location and Accessibility Access and Navigation: The hotel is situated in a slightly secluded location, which may lead navigation systems to take less direct routes upon arrival. Parking was generally adequate, though limited during the busy holiday period. Proximity to the Beach: The property is located a short distance from the beach rather than directly on it. The walking route requires crossing a footbridge, along which a noticeable stagnant water odor may be encountered."

"I really liked the hotel; it's a full 5-star experience. My expectations matched the reality perfectly. We booked a room with hot springs and were very satisfied. There were two of us, staying for one night, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful grounds – it was enough for us. The pool water was cold, though. Our room was on the 30th floor. The picture shows dinner, which we ordered to the room. The only issue was that we weren't given the hot spring voucher right away, and we had to sort it out the next morning to confirm they were included with our 'room' – initially, they tried to charge us for them. With the two complimentary tokens, I bought a mug as a souvenir."

"I only stayed for the last night. I felt like the hotel itself had so many facilities that you could spend a lot of time there. I think I could have really enjoyed it with two nights. The pool, in particular, was great with a lazy river and slides. They even lent out large towels, and you can access the beach directly from the pool area, making it perfect for water activities. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and satisfying. All the hotel staff were kind and provided excellent service. Terminal 21 Pattaya, where the night market is held, is about a 15-20 minute walk or a short drive away. Right next to the convenience store just outside the hotel, there were a few street food stalls. One of the Thai restaurants there was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. It was one of the best Thai meals I've had, so definitely give it a try if you get the chance."

"🌳 This was my first time staying here, and I was very impressed with the service. The staff greeted me almost every time, and even the security guard greeted me and helped me to the parking lot. 🛏️ The room was quite spacious. It's just a short walk to the beach. The landscaping is beautifully done. 🥯 As for breakfast, it had everything – both Thai and Western dishes. There was a wide variety of fruits, like a whole orchard brought into the dining room! I especially loved the salmon cream cheese bagel; it was absolutely delicious (I didn't take a picture because I ate it all before I remembered 🤭). However, it was quite crowded, and at times we had to queue to get into the dining room. I understand this was because we visited during a long holiday weekend. Overall, I'm very impressed and give it 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. For a short stay, it's generally a decent hotel. I'm not sure if it's the same in all rooms, but my room didn't have a balcony, so there was nowhere to dry clothes. The clothes dryer in the bathroom didn't dry anything at all. Otherwise, the room was clean and looked recently renovated. It had everything needed: a kettle, hairdryer, robe, and slippers. The only downside was the reusable shampoo, gel, and soap, which was unpleasant as you don't know who used them before you. Another thing that bothered me was that the hotel asks guests not to leave valuables in the room. Is that a hint about dishonest housekeepers?! Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am. It's good, and you won't go hungry. However, if you arrive closer to 10 am, you might not find a table and will have to wait. At 6 am, though, it's empty. The pool is good, but part of it was cordoned off with construction netting, and it was noisy due to ongoing construction work. The hotel faces a lively street with cafes and bars. There's a 7/11 and a currency exchange nearby."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G – it's an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and good service. However, I'd like to point out a couple of things that I hope management will consider. Unfortunately, renovations began in the reception and lobby area right when we checked in, and they lasted our entire 8-night stay. There was no warning about this when we booked. As someone with allergies, the paint smell was an unwelcome surprise, and the noise from the work made it difficult to relax in the public areas. I also recall a minor incident with the staff. While trying to wait for our taxi away from the renovation noise, we sat down in one of the lobby areas. A staff member approached us and politely but firmly asked us to order drinks, stating that the area was for café guests. We were just waiting for our taxi to arrive and wouldn't have had time to drink anything, but the staff member was unyielding. In such a situation, especially with renovations happening in the main lobby, it would have been more logical to show some flexibility to guests. Aside from that, the hotel is commendable, and we hope that once the renovations are complete, the experience will be even better."

"The greenery is top-notch. You absolutely must try their breakfast; out of all the hotels I've stayed at, theirs is definitely one of the most diverse and delicious. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I stayed for two consecutive nights. It's not in Pattaya city center, so if you're looking to relax, this is an excellent choice. The hotel staff are polite and enthusiastic, and it has its own private beach with clear water and fine sand."

"Room Quality & Sea View: The room was brightly lit and spacious, with a very comfortable mattress. The private balcony was the most amazing feature; sitting there in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset, really set the perfect mood. Public Facilities & Resort Ambiance: The hotel's infinity pool is the absolute highlight! The view seamlessly blends with the ocean, making it incredibly picturesque. The sun loungers and bar next to the pool are also perfect for an afternoon drink and relaxation. Dining & Service Quality: The breakfast offered a rich selection, from freshly cooked Thai noodle stations and egg dishes to Western pastries. The staff were friendly and highly efficient; the welcome drink and luggage assistance made us feel truly cared for. Location & Transportation: The location is quiet yet central, within walking distance to [convenience stores/shopping malls/beaches]. Getting to the night market or bustling areas by Songthaew (shared taxi) was also very convenient.
