BBeijingtupangziThis hotel is perfectly located in the bustling Second Road area of Pattaya, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's a 20-minute walk to the Beach Road walking street, 10 minutes to Soi 6, 10 minutes to Runway Night Market, 20 minutes to Terminal 21, and just 2 minutes to the beach. The location is truly excellent. Downstairs, there are massage parlors everywhere, and a large shopping mall is right across the street. The hotel itself is quite upscale, considered one of the more luxurious options in the area, with impeccable facilities and service. The rooftop pool is also fantastic for photos. However, my biggest disappointment and something I don't understand is that the one-bedroom suite, located on a lower floor, doesn't offer a sea view, yet it's significantly more expensive than the sea-view rooms. The front desk explained that the one-bedroom suite is larger, hence the higher price. I had seen photos from other guests and assumed I'd have a sea view, so not having one was quite a letdown.

GGuest UserI'm a repeat guest at this hotel and I liked it so much I returned! The rooms are still in new condition spacious and clean, all with balconies. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. The location is great, not far from cafes, restaurants, bars and night markets, plus the beach is just 150 or 200 meters down the road. The rooms are quiet too, & well blacked out at night. The buffet breakfast is also plentiful and varied. No complaints from me. I would stay here again.

VVeronikaGGGMy boyfriend and I were looking for a great value hotel for our Pattaya getaway, and this place absolutely delivered. For what we paid, it felt like a luxurious steal!
We were greeted by the most welcoming and smiling team at reception were always cheerful and ready to help, which set a wonderful tone for our stay.
As a couple, we loved the pool area. The comfortable, padded sun loungers were perfect for relaxing together. The weekend DJ sessions created a fun and lively atmosphere that was ideal for a holiday mood without being too rowdy.
The location suited us perfectly. A short trip to the beautiful Wongamat Beach (the best in Pattaya, in our opinion) for a swim, and plenty of great massage spots nearby to unwind together. We also enjoyed being able to walk to Terminal 21 for shopping and entertainment.
The 100 THB daily credit per person was the cherry on top! It allowed us to enjoy a casual breakfast or poolside drinks together every day without worrying about extra costs. It made the excellent value feel even more incredible.
We highly recommend this hotel to other couples looking for a friendly, vibrant, and perfectly located stay that offers so much more than its price suggests. We will definitely be back!

NNaichameiziI highly recommend this hotel in Thailand! I stayed here with my 9-year-old daughter, who is under 130cm tall, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's children's breakfast is clearly priced at just 250 Thai Baht (about 50 RMB), which is excellent value for money. For kids with a good appetite, it's definitely a steal. The best part is, if they don't eat, there's no charge and no mandatory consumption. We even got complimentary breakfast for our two-night stay, which was incredibly thoughtful!
The hotel's facilities are amazing. It has its own water park and a huge swimming pool, along with a full range of children's amenities. For our three-day, two-night stay, we didn't even have to leave the hotel, and my daughter never wanted to go! It's a lifesaver for parents traveling with kids. The twin room we stayed in was incredibly practical, with two spacious and comfortable 1.5-meter beds. Even families with two children would be perfectly comfortable, as there's plenty of space.
The room details are also top-notch. Toiletries and drinking water can be ordered unlimited times for free via the hotel app, with no extra charge. It's super convenient to restock whenever needed, making the entire stay a wonderful experience. For family trips, choosing this place is definitely the right decision!

GGuest UserThe cleanliness was OK, I feel like it’s one of the cleaner hotels, but I have a feeling that it could be cleaner. We stayed there for three nights and four days. The maid cleaning routine is inconsistent leading to inconsistent room arrangement and what is clean and what is not during the day. Sometimes they would clean the bathroom really well, but kind of neglected the bed a little bit, sometimes they did the bed really well but neglect the bathroom. The location is nowhere near a beach. I feel like that would be the most ideal for booking a hotel to Pattaya. It is not too far form many things, but the location is not the best either. The hotel staff manners are nice, but I would say the service is rather lacking in some sense. I get the vibe that this hotel is trying to provide more than they are capable of. Having more rooms than their service can handle, long golf cart waiting time, long queue in breakfast area during breakfast. Interesting part is when you booked a hotel you get a 30 minute free, electric scooter ride or an hour bike ride. We went there on the last day before checking out and trying do something. It took quite a bit of waiting time to get the electric scooter, and a staff didn’t seem to care about its condition before letting other people use it. When we got ours the condition of the scooter looks horrible, I question the safety of the scooter at first, the bad part is that both our scooter died halfway into our 30 minutes one I had to leave behind in front of the lobby, which is pretty far from the place we got the scooter from and have to return to, luckily the hotel staff offered us to return it for us, which is good. The other one died just right at the moment I was about to return it a few steps away from the place. So all this hotel for the price is decent, but there is always room for improvement.
Overall, the good part is that, the hotel is pretty clean and is pretty cheap for what it offers. The hotel has decent to good breakfast, depending on the day. The dinner was horrible though, unfortunately. The staff was pretty nice, amenities is lacking to decent. I would say, this hotel is pretty nice and I might come back again.

The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge
The pool is clean and well kept
The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.
The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road
The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

* Room cleaning: Everything else was good, except they don’t clean up the garbages on the floor
* Noisy air conditioner
* Room may be noisy if adjacent to the road

GGuest UserOn the second day, I slept in until noon. Too lazy to switch hotels, I just extended my stay. However, the room wasn't cleaned that night. Heads up: if you extend your stay, make sure to get your room cleaned before 5 PM! The air conditioner broke down several times, and I had to drag a chair over to restart it myself. Cleanliness was acceptable. As for the environment, please refer to my previous review; the room and balcony show signs of age, but at least the bed, wardrobe, and table are new. They provide a bar of soap, which is handy for a quick wash of light summer clothes you've worn all day, then hanging them to dry on the balcony! Front desk service was mediocre.
I lost 1000 Thai Baht. When I took money out of my pocket to pay the deposit, I must have fumbled putting it back and it probably fell on the ground! Most hotels in Bangkok don't even require a deposit, and this extra step just creates more opportunities for problems. I also lost a pair of slippers. I only realized it when I got to my next hotel. I was too lazy to come back and ask on the second day, but when I did on the third day, they said they couldn't find them.
I didn't even notice the swimming pool initially. It's located outdoors in the backyard. I only found out about it and went to take pictures when I came back to ask about the slippers. The young man near the side door by the front desk was very helpful. Otherwise... I wouldn't even want to give this rating!
