"I recently stayed at the Zand Miranda for a 2-night budget-friendly getaway in Pattaya, and overall, it served its purpose very well. Let's start with the undeniable highlights. The location is absolutely perfect—you are a 2-minute walk from Pattaya Beach, 10 minutes from the excitement of Walking Street, and right next to the Central Festival mall for shopping and dining. You cannot beat this for convenience. The pool area is fantastic: large, clean, and surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast had a solid selection to start the day. Now, for the important caveat: manage your expectations for the rooms. The rooms are basic and noticeably more dated and simpler than the polished photos suggest. The furniture is functional but worn, and the decor is quite minimalist. It's clean and has all the essentials (AC, fridge, TV, safe), but don't expect modern luxury or the exact ambiance from the advertising pictures. Think of it as a comfortable, no-frills base. Who this hotel is perfect for: Budget-conscious travelers, groups of friends, and anyone who plans to spend most of their time out exploring Pattaya and just needs a clean place to sleep and a great pool to cool off in. Who might want to look elsewhere: Those seeking a romantic, luxurious, or aesthetically modern room experience. Final Verdict: Great value for money if you prioritize location and facilities over a stylish room. I would stay again for a practical, activity-filled trip. Just book knowing you're getting a simple, functional room and a truly excellent pool and location"

"I specifically booked this hotel to watch the sunset while soaking in the tub, and it turned out great! The sunset was fantastic and perfect for photos. There were also plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. It's not far from the pier for trips to Koh Larn. The rooftop infinity pool was packed when I went, so I didn't get a chance to use it, but overall, I'm quite satisfied."

"Stayed at Mood Hotel Pattaya and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean eventhough quite small for 2 people. modern, and comfortable for a short stay. Location is convenient—easy access to the beach, shops, and public transport. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, a good value option if you’re looking for a simple, hassle-free stay in Pattaya."

"Extremely satisfied! The room was lovely, designed like a ship's cabin, and the hallway was spacious with nice decor. The lobby was also large and clean, and having a restroom on the first floor was very convenient. It even had a bathtub and a balcony. The only downside was that the bar downstairs outside our room was incredibly noisy, going on until 3 or 4 AM every night. Even with the windows closed, it was still very loud. If you're staying here, remember to ask for a quiet room."

"Nice hotel. The location is good for both the second Jomtien and the first there are exits. there are also two pools in the hotel itself, downstairs with a mini playground and a large pool (different levels in the pool for both kids and adults) and a small pool on the 3rd floor, but there is a depth of 1.2 and 1.4 meters. there are 2 breakfast places on the territory of the hotel, breakfast is a normal menu periodically change something. The hotel itself has a bowling alley of 140 baht per person per game, 40 baht for boots, and if you need socks, they sell for 30 baht. there is also billiards classic and American."

"For a hotel priced at 500 a night including breakfast for two, I'd say the stay met expectations. The location is a bit far from the bustling downtown area. If you're looking for more local flavor or Thai cooking classes, you'll need to take a taxi there, although the hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle service that requires advance booking. Most of the guests here are Korean, followed by a good number of local guests, which I was quite happy about – no 'A-san' hotel vibe here. Also, the bar doesn't offer drink service at night, so it's best to grab your drinks elsewhere before heading back. As for the service, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay (especially when speaking English). Regarding facilities, there's a family-friendly swimming pool with a slide, which is quite lively and great for those traveling with kids. Overall, this hotel is pretty standard and good value for money, but it's probably better suited for family trips. As a solo traveler, most of the amenities and activities weren't really for me."

"Everything was good except first and last day.  First day we reached at 4pm but room is still not ready. So we went to the beach for a walk before going back to reception. Room was ready now and I was told luggage’s already in room. Impressive! When we reached room no luggages in sight. So I called to ask about them. I was told to wait for 10 mins. After 10 mins still no luggages, I called again. This time the person in charge called back to inform me the luggages will be in room in 2 mins. Finally they arrived.  Everyone is friendly in hotel. Room is big with a nice Jaccuzi at the balcony. Soft big bed and a cozy feel. Breakfast was also good.  On last day was a disappointment from getting a 5 star review. After we have  checked out the room. My wife realized that she had forgotten to take her medicine. So she went to a drinks counter next to the reception to ask for a cup of water for her medication. She was asked if she has own cup, if want the plastic cup from the counter need to pay. She was shocked to hear that. My wife told her then forget about the request for water, the lady poured the water in cup left it on the counter and continue with her washing.  This is a 5 star hotel. We expect the staff to be better than this. The cup of water may be a small thing. But the attitude and the staff questions (do you have a cup?) and need to pay for water  were really not necessary."

"The facilities look older than in the pictures. The pool is blocked by tall buildings, so it doesn't get any sun and the water is quite cold. Also, the shower water in the room kept fluctuating between cold and lukewarm, but never got hot. On the plus side, you can see a corner of the Sanctuary of Truth from the hotel."
