Overall, I would rate my stay 7/10. The apartment itself is great. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of convenient places nearby, including 7-Eleven and Central Festival, which is just a short distance away. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages. The only major disappointment was that the rooftop swimming pool on the 31st floor is closed for maintenance until the end of July. Unfortunately, this information was not mentioned anywhere before my arrival, so I only found out after checking in. I specifically chose this property because of the rooftop pool, so it was a significant letdown. At the moment, only the lower pool is available. I want to make it clear that this is not the owner’s fault—the closure is due to maintenance by the building management. However, it would be very helpful if future guests were informed about this in advance so they know what to expect. I hope the rooftop pool reopens soon because otherwise this is a very good place to stay.
