What a divine and beautiful manor! The stay far exceeded our expectations! This was my first time staying at a Trip.com-affiliated manor, and the big brand truly delivers. The hairdryer in the room was a Dyson! The shower had excellent water pressure. The toilet even opened automatically. The room offered a spacious and bright view; from our second-floor room, we could see the large lawn. The manor's pool was incredibly enjoyable, deep enough at 1.5 meters. After dropping off their bags, the kids immediately jumped into a packed schedule, from DIY fan making to sweet potato digging, Lei Cha (Hakka tea), and DIY pizza, with a movie in the evening. The package booked through Trip.com was a delightful surprise! It included a light meal, which was pasta. We ordered extra pizza and roasted vegetables for lunch, making it a perfect midday meal. In the afternoon, we received two complimentary coffees and welcome fruit, followed by sweet potato soup in the evening. Breakfast was the biggest highlight of our trip. While the variety wasn't extensive, the quality was superb! In terms of quality, it rivaled a five-star hotel. The vegetables and fruits were very fresh, there was a freshly squeezed juice, and even smoked salmon! The toppings for noodles or vermicelli included meatballs and beef brisket – delicious! The service was also a standout. The entire team was well-trained, friendly, and the owner genuinely cared for the guests. Our butler added us on WeChat beforehand and was always responsive to our requests. The young lady who helped the kids with sweet potato digging was very meticulous, patient, and caring 🧡. We definitely have to go back and experience it again!

Highly recommend this hotel! The experience exceeded my expectations. The butler service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, especially Shirley, who called beforehand to arrange the room – truly a nice touch. After checking in, they were always responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I needed anything. The room environment was excellent, and the 55th-floor lobby offers an incredible view. The hotel's decor is aesthetically pleasing, perfect for photos everywhere. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, with both service and facilities being top-notch. My stay was hassle-free and comfortable, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Definitely worth experiencing!

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

We were celebrating my child's birthday here, and when I informed the hotel, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and decorated the room for the little one. I really appreciate that. They mentioned we could claim a complimentary birthday cake with my child's ID, but only if the birthdate on the ID matched the current date. Since my child's birthday is celebrated according to the ***** calendar, it naturally didn't match. I feel like this policy could be a bit more flexible. Luckily, I happened to run into a delivery person bringing a cake to the hotel lobby, and I was able to order one from him right away. It arrived in about an hour. Overall, everything was excellent, and the environment was lovely.

First off, this is my honest review as a guest. If it's not flattering, the establishment is free to disregard it. The room price was excessively high; I booked this room type for 3230, so my expectations were naturally elevated. Overall, my comprehensive evaluation is that it's not worth the price. Here's a detailed breakdown: 1. Out of the four pillows, three didn't have their pillowcases changed. The duvet cover and sheets, however, had been. How did I discover this? Upon getting close to the pillows, there was an odor. I then smelled the sheets and duvet cover, which had a fresh, clean scent, while only the pillows had an odor. I then observed that three of the pillowcases didn't look freshly changed; the creases weren't obvious or absent, and they lacked the crispness of new pillowcases, feeling slightly soft. This was quite different from the one pillowcase that was clearly new. If the hotel doesn't believe me, they can count their linen and conduct random checks; this is just my personal judgment. 2. The view outside the room was mediocre. The balcony directly faced a busy main road. For this price point, I'd expect at least some pleasant scenery. 3. There wasn't much to do in the evenings; it was quite dark with few lights. Pros: The staff and butler were warm and provided excellent service. The hotel's overall environment is quite natural, with many plants and trees, and the landscaping design shows thoughtful touches. In summary, it's a good thing this room type had that large pool, otherwise, it would have been quite boring. I also wish the hotel continuous improvement and increased repeat guest rates.

The hotel environment is first-class. The front desk ladies, Xiao Cao and Xiao Qiu, were incredibly thoughtful. They helped us upgrade to a lake-view twin room (I was traveling with my mother this time, and had originally booked a mountain-view room). In the evening, we ordered the 'tangzhuo' fragrant pork set meal at the lakeside restaurant. The pork was very aromatic with no ***** smell, and had a great texture. The fish was also very fresh and delicious. While the breakfast selection was a bit limited, for just over 300 a day, including breakfast, the environment and service offer excellent value for money. If you go in the summer, swimming and soaking in the hot springs would be a lot of fun. The air quality here is fantastic, and transportation is convenient with plenty of parking. You can also take the subway and then a short taxi ride from the station.

I absolutely loved this resort, which came highly recommended by a friend! First and foremost, the front desk staff and butlers were incredibly attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the fish balls and wontons were particularly delicious! The resort grounds are vast, offering a wide array of activities, making it perfect for family trips. The shuttle service to every point of interest was incredibly convenient. Even though it rained during our stay, it added a unique charm to the experience. The air was wonderfully fresh after the rain, making it feel like we had stepped into a lush forest wonderland.

I booked this hotel for my relatives, and their feedback was generally good. The rooms were quite spacious, and the environment was clean and tidy. I would book this hotel again next time and would recommend it.
