Mountain view Hotels in Guangzhou

An hour's drive from Guangzhou, this is a great spot for a relaxing family weekend. The estate isn't huge, and it doesn't have as many facilities as a typical hotel, but two days and one night here is plenty to keep you entertained. We arrived after lunch, settled in, and started DIY activities at 3 PM. Afterward, we headed to the playground for some photos, went swimming, and then had dinner at the Western restaurant. In the evening, there were movies to watch or billiards to play. We got an early night and enjoyed a healthy breakfast at 8 AM. Unlike hotels, there was no queuing or overcrowding; the dining experience was very comfortable. After breakfast, we went farming, letting the kids experience planting and harvesting. This time, we dug up sweet potatoes, which were incredibly delicious and floury when cooked that night! Following the farming, we did a 38 RMB Pizza DIY session, which we then had for lunch. Afterward, we leisurely checked out. It was a very fulfilling two-day-one-night itinerary, both laid-back and relaxing. We also got to feed adorable alpacas and bunnies! If I had to point out any downsides, it would be the limited drink selection. There's no drink stand offering lemon tea, cola, etc. I'd suggest adding a snack vending machine. Also, only the largest rooms have bathtubs, and if swimming isn't an option in winter, it might feel like there's a bit less to do.

I stayed at this elegant hotel while visiting Wanbo, and there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, with a shopping mall within walking distance. The service from the concierge, Watermelon, was particularly impressive; they weren't overly intrusive but proactively offered thoughtful assistance, and any requests were handled efficiently and quickly. The hotel's public areas are elegantly decorated, perfect for a relaxing stroll during downtime. The self-service laundry room is well-equipped, which is very convenient for short trips. The complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks are a great touch, ensuring guests are well-fed regardless of their check-in time. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

This Lavande Hotel has the worst facilities of any Lavande hotel I've stayed at. The WiFi quality is extremely poor, with speed tests showing only a few megabits per second and frequent disconnections. After complaining, they said restarting the router didn't help. The kettle doesn't trip the circuit breaker after boiling water, posing a safety hazard. The air conditioner only has one high-speed setting and is very noisy at night. The breakfast selection is smaller and of lower quality compared to other Lavande hotels. The window screens cannot be controlled with a switch. This hotel is a huge disappointment for a brand I once trusted!

Fantastic! My little one and I have been here so many times. The location is super convenient, close to Chimelong and the high-speed train station. It's so well-situated, and the room itself provides plenty of space for my child to play for a long time. We'll definitely be back again!

Every staff member here, from the energetic shuttle driver to the restaurant waitresses and the butler, was incredibly professional and attentive. 👍 Visiting during the off-peak season meant fewer crowds, which made for a very comfortable stay. For two short days, I escaped the city's hustle and bustle, quietly unwinding at the Jiyunyao Hotel. I savored the peaceful moments, sipped tea, listened to the rain, and watched the mist swirl around the mountains, truly feeling that life is worth living.

Absolutely fantastic! The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the views are lovely. It's beautiful and very close to the city center. The service is also quite good, but the main highlight is truly how stunning it is, complete with a bathtub. The price is incredibly good value.

Located in the valley at the entrance of Conghua Street, the campsite is very large. The whole valley is full of lychee trees. It should be nice to come here in summer. We booked a mountain stream tent, which is quite large. There are two 1.5 beds. The family of three slept very comfortably. There is a large hot spring pool on the balcony. It is very comfortable to take a bath at night. The children went fishing. There are so many fish in the small pond in the campsite. They caught a lot of fish in one or two hours. It was very fun.

Hotel was very near the railway station however the railway station is far from the city center, though easily accessible by MTR. Room was clean , good bed, great shower and great value with a breakfast thrown in. No complaints and would recommend and stay again. Nice friendly staff. Thank you.

I absolutely loved this resort, which came highly recommended by a friend! First and foremost, the front desk staff and butlers were incredibly attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the fish balls and wontons were particularly delicious! The resort grounds are vast, offering a wide array of activities, making it perfect for family trips. The shuttle service to every point of interest was incredibly convenient. Even though it rained during our stay, it added a unique charm to the experience. The air was wonderfully fresh after the rain, making it feel like we had stepped into a lush forest wonderland.
