So comfortable! The room felt a bit bigger than typical family rooms, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were lovely. Especially at night, it was so cozy. The front desk lady was very gentle too. Staying near the South Station with a shuttle service was super convenient. The treadmill in the gym was pretty good as well. I slept soundly for two nights. The bamboo in the bathroom was a nice design touch. It almost felt like bamboo was growing on my head while I was on the toilet!

I came to Guangzhou for a trip and saw that this hotel had pretty high ratings, and I was also drawn to its location. First, the location is excellent; it's near Tianhuan and Zhengjia, right next to the subway station – you exit the subway and there's the hotel. The hygiene was also quite good, the soundproofing was decent, and the shower had strong water pressure. The front desk gave me two room cards during check-in, one of which could be used as an electricity card, which was a nice touch. Downsides: Most of the drawbacks are related to the facilities, which I'd consider 'major flaws.' First, the elevators. The building is 30 stories high (shared by two hotels), and I'd estimate there are about 20 rooms per floor, but there are only three elevators: one for all floors, and one for odd floors and one for even floors respectively. Waiting times for the elevators are very long, and the elevator linkage isn't well-done. Pressing the down button on one elevator doesn't link to the others, so almost everyone ends up pressing both the all-floor elevator and the odd/even floor elevator buttons, which wastes elevator resources. Second, in the Deluxe King Room, there were no power outlets on the side of the bed next to the window, which is very impractical. Looking at the decor, it seems like it was renovated in recent years, so this lack of basic infrastructure makes for a poor experience. Third, during my stay in room 1210, the cover of the filter self-rescue respirator by the bed was open. I checked it, and fortunately, the vacuum seal inside was intact; otherwise, I would have definitely asked housekeeping to replace it. This really needs to be checked more carefully, as it's a life-saving device. Fourth, if you're driving to the hotel, you'd better be an excellent driver. The underground parking spot is first not easy to find, and then the garage itself is quite narrow, making it very difficult to park large, long vehicles. Fifth, very little breakfast was prepared. For popular items like steamed dumplings and char siu bao, I went at around 9 am, and the kitchen said they were out. It felt like they just didn't want to steam another batch, even though there were still many people in the restaurant at that time. Sixth, the hairdryer in the room had very weak airflow. It takes a long time to dry long hair, and the hotel didn't provide any alternatives. The airflow is genuinely too weak.

My overall stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy design, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The environment is quiet, and all essential facilities are available. The staff are polite and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Overall, the value for money is great, and I felt relaxed and at ease during my stay. I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend it to all travelers.

This hotel is located right front of the famous temple大佛寺。A lot famous restaurants are surrounding the hotel including 大鸽饭，陶陶居，东园，小炳胜，银记，民记，莲香楼 and so on. The hotel is at 14th floor, the lobby was in renovated so look messy but the hotel is very clean and new. The lift is quite crowded but about 5 min wait for each time we taken. Room is very clean, no stain, no bad smell and bright. Aircon is well functioned and the highlight point is the bath room. The water pressure from rain shower is very powerful which released my tiredness after bath. The front desk staff is very helpful and provides me a lot travel information. His comment is very truthful and modesty. Her name is 李琳，wish everyone who choose this hotel able to meet her. Breakfast of the hotel are quite choice limited but fresh and delicious. They also provide tea time and supper. I will definitely back to this hotel if I come to Guangzhou again. Recommend this hotel to who come with families.

The room is spacious, and it's close to popular attractions like Beijing Road and Canton Tower, making it easy to get around. There's also parking available. This will be my top choice next time I visit Guangzhou.

The bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin; lying down just melted away all my fatigue. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for an exceptionally peaceful night's sleep. I found the hotel very convenient; it's close to the Tianhe business district. The room even had a mini-fridge that was well-stocked and good to eat from. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and there's a XiaoDu smart speaker in the room. It's very convenient to get to places like Zhujiang New Town and Canton Tower, just a street away with lots of food options. There's also an Oriental Plaza shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for browsing. The staff even gave me some fighting stickers and a fridge magnet, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hygiene was excellent, and the room attendants always had a smile on their faces – truly wonderful. The room had a complete set of bedding. Parking is very convenient, available on -1 or -2 floors. The hotel also has a laundry room on the fourth floor, which is quite handy, and a gym on the same floor, which is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. What a delightful trip to Guangzhou!

The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, which is very practical for business travelers. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and the prices are reasonable, making it very suitable for business trips.

The hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped; my room even had a projector! There are also small balconies with a table—perfect for chatting in the morning or evening. By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely. Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great. Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind. As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.
