It's within walking distance of high-end shopping malls, subway stations, and major office buildings, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and leisure shoppers. From the room, the city skyline offers a panoramic view, with lush greenery complementing the towering buildings, showcasing the perfect blend of urban prosperity and natural beauty. The front desk staff member was warm and attentive during check-in, even offering us breakfast vouchers, a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more pleasant.

GGuest UserFacilities: The amenities are complete, including a laundry room, dryer, and gym. It was raining when I visited, so the dryer came in very handy. Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was decent, not the best but certainly not the worst – perfectly adequate for a business trip, in my opinion. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station and in the heart of Yuexiu District, making it incredibly convenient for both tourism and business travel. Service: Most of the front desk staff were great – very kind, patient, and even provided some travel tips. However, there was one who had a sour expression and gave very perfunctory answers to questions, which was quite off-putting! Overall, about 70% of the staff were excellent.

HHelabiyuqingFacilities: Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's facilities and amenities far exceed those of a typical three-star hotel – a pleasant surprise indeed! They also offer stylish and elegant complimentary tea rooms, both large and small, for guests to relax and enjoy tea. The room's lights, air conditioning, curtains, and bathroom are all smart and very convenient to use. Cleanliness: If there's one outstanding feature of Huiyuan, besides its beauty and tastefulness, it has to be its impeccable cleanliness! It's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. I stayed here for an exam at Huazhong Agricultural University, and despite the rainy weather, my second-floor room didn't feel damp or unclean at all. From the lobby to the room, everything was exceptionally spotless. Robot vacuums and cleaning staff were all diligently at work, meticulously cleaning the stairs and corridors. There wasn't a speck of dust in the room, no strange odors, and the solid wood furniture also had no unpleasant smell – very comforting! Environment: It's like a beautiful garden villa. The podocarpus trees, hydrangeas, lemon trees, orchids, ponds, and koi fish – all the plants and animals are so well-cared for. There are also several tea rooms on the first floor with a wonderful ambiance... Sitting there sipping tea and practicing calligraphy is one of life's true pleasures. The hotel owner truly has great taste and vision. Service: All the hotel staff are very gentle and approachable, making you feel right at home. On the first day, when I was checking in and about to go upstairs, the owner proactively helped me with my luggage. When I wanted to throw away some trash after lunch, the cleaning uncle told me to just give it to him. While I was exploring the courtyard, the room cleaning staff were also very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The owner heard we were here for an exam and even offered to drive us there; all we had to do was tell the front desk the time. The next morning, on the day of the exam, the owner punctually drove us. He said he does this for all guests taking exams, as long as they inform him in advance. Summary: This is truly a wonderfully comfortable hotel. The facilities and amenities are excellent, very stylish and high-class. If you have any problems or needs, the hotel will help resolve them. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

GGuest UserThe place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.

GGuest UserThe hotel amenities are pretty standard, but the location is great with lots of food options nearby. Plus, they offer free afternoon tea and late-night snacks. However, the soundproofing is terrible. On the first night, I stayed in a city-view room and it was incredibly noisy – I barely slept. 😓 After complaining to customer service the next day, they moved me to a river-view room. It had an amazing view directly overlooking the Canton Tower and Liede Bridge. The soundproofing was a bit better on the river-view side. Kudos to customer service for their quick response!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable, especially the mattress, which was just the right balance of soft and firm, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, and all the staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. The only downside was that there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom to use the hairdryer.

KKZERO021This was my second stay, and this time the room type I was given was much better than the last. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the living room TV has even been updated. My only minor complaint is that I was on the 27th floor, which felt a bit low. A big thanks to the front desk lady for her excellent service; she helped me with a late check-out and even provided welcome fruits and drinks. It was a little disappointing that there was no soup available this time, I'm not sure if they've discontinued it. The executive lounge is great for a light meal to cover dinner, and the food quality there is quite good, as is the service from the lounge staff – highly recommend! Just a heads-up for future guests: there are separate elevators for high and low floors, so make sure to take the high-floor elevator to get to the lounge. I'd definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arises.

Annie Yan at the front desk promptly processed our check-in and provided useful information. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The air conditioning was especially great – perfect for Guangzhou's hot weather, keeping the room nice and cool, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The soundproofing was excellent too; it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was a satisfying weekend hotel experience and a great place for a future getaway.
