"I chose a star-rated hotel in Tianhe for my business trip to Guangzhou this time, and the experience was truly great. Here are a few quick thoughts. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Tianhe. The subway station is just a short walk downstairs, making it convenient for shopping at Zhengjia or Parc Central, or meeting clients. The front desk staff were efficient during check-in, and I especially want to thank Mia, Joelle, and Dion for their very thoughtful service. My room was on a higher floor (10+), and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Zhujiang New Town, especially at night when it was all lit up – truly breathtaking. The bedding was very comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows available, so as someone with neck issues, I finally got a solid night's sleep. I couldn't find any fault with the cleanliness either; the sink and bathtub edges were sparkling. The breakfast deserves a special mention – a wide variety of options that were replenished promptly. They had freshly made rice noodles (changfen) and wonton noodles, and the croissants were perfectly flaky. Surprisingly, the coffee wasn't instant! I also checked out the gym and the pool; the equipment was comprehensive, and the pool water was clean. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have definitely swum a few more laps. It was very quiet at night, which didn't disturb my sleep. Overall, it's worth the price, and I'll likely make this my first choice again when I come back to Tianhe. I've already recommended it to colleagues planning a trip to Guangzhou."

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic! It's just a minute's walk to the subway station. However, the traffic right outside the hotel seems pretty busy, so catching a taxi might be a bit inconvenient. You can reach most attractions within about 30 minutes by subway. The room service and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The room itself was great, very clean. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options (I've included some pictures). The braised beef and daikon radish topping for the noodles was absolutely delicious!

GGuest UserFive-star rating! The hotel's flow, public areas, and room design are absolutely fantastic. So many thoughtful little details. The spatial design is miles ahead, on par with the Peninsula Shanghai, and incredibly user-friendly. The gym is huge and fully equipped; I didn't get a chance to use the pool. The lobby bar is a very comfortable spot to relax. All the staff are cheerful, and the service is incredibly attentive – plus, all the ladies are beautiful! Breakfast and the Guang Yu Xuan restaurant are up to the standard of a luxury hotel. Overall, the the hardware is superb, truly top-tier in China. The service has that distinctive Rosewood elegance, and the food is standard, nothing particularly outstanding.

SShannonLowHad an amazing stay at Four Seasons Guangzhou. The hotel is beautifully designed, with stunning panoramic views of the city from the lobby, room, and restaurants. The room was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The breakfast selection was extensive and of high quality, and the facilities, especially the pool and gym, were well maintained and enjoyable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and major attractions in Guangzhou . Overall, a fantastic luxury hotel experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located close to both the water park and the forest park. The butler service was attentive and always responsive to our questions. However, the buffet dinner selection was limited and the taste was mediocre, definitely room for improvement there. The water park was incredibly crowded during the holidays. With both hotel guests and day visitors, the experience was really poor. I suggest the hotel consider offering some kind of fast pass benefit for hotel guests to reduce waiting times. Otherwise, there's not much point in staying here, especially since the hotel prices have increased significantly compared to a few years ago, yet the experience isn't great. I understand that such a large park needs to accommodate day visitors, but they could take a leaf out of places like Chimelong in Zhuhai, where hotel guests get fast pass privileges, which can be factored into the room rate.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient! It's just a 3-minute walk from Tianhe Coach Terminal Station's Exit B, which is a transfer point for Metro Lines 3 and 6. You can reach Guangzhou East Railway Station in just 2 subway stops, Zhujiang New Town and Sports West Road in 20 minutes, and Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in 30 minutes. On the ground floor, there's a coffee bar where you can grab a delicious cup of coffee anytime. The self-service area offers complimentary items you might need. Want to stay in shape? There's a small gym at your disposal. If you're on a long business trip and need to do laundry, they have self-service washing, drying, and ironing facilities. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly efficient with check-ins and even proactively offer late check-out. They're quick to respond to any issues. Services like luggage storage, package receiving, and even robot delivery for takeout directly to your room make you feel looked after, just like an old friend.

GGuest UserI recently took my child on a family trip to Guangzhou, and staying at the Guangzhou Yazhi Hotel made the entire journey wonderfully surprising. From the room with stunning views and thoughtful meal benefits to the meticulous and attentive butler service, our whole family had a perfect experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Guangzhou. The hotel's front desk is on the 28th floor, offering what I can only describe as the hotel's 'ace' highlight – an unobstructed panoramic view of the city. Right in front is the iconic Canton Tower, affectionately known as the 'Little Waist,' with its intricate and unique lines, and the city lights stretching as far as the eye can see. My child was always glued to the floor-to-ceiling window, exclaiming and pointing at the Canton Tower's lights, and excitedly asking questions about the boats on the river and the tall buildings. The room has excellent natural light, filling the entire space during the day. Sitting by the window, sipping tea and enjoying the view, was incredibly relaxing. During our stay, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, showcasing their sincerity in culinary details. The afternoon tea set in the afternoon was exquisitely presented and incredibly diverse, featuring soft Western-style cakes, refreshing small pastries, crispy savory snacks, paired with freshly cut seasonal fruits that were sweet, juicy, and fresh, along with drinks. The portions were generous, enough for both adults and children. Our family of three sat by the window, admiring the distant view of the Canton Tower while leisurely enjoying afternoon tea. It was both relaxing and therapeutic, perfectly setting the vacation mood. The atmosphere was simply fantastic, and my child absolutely loved it, insisting on coming back next time. In the evening, warm late-night snacks were also served, with comforting porridge and specialty dishes that were warm and palatable. After exploring nearby attractions, returning to the room and enjoying a hot late-night meal was both warming and comforting. The complimentary meals were not at all perfunctory and the portions were substantial, far exceeding the service standards of hotels in the same category. Halfway through our stay, a minor issue arose in the room. We immediately contacted Butler Season (number 3), who was the most commendable staff member during our stay. Season responded promptly and came to check the problem within moments. She was gentle and humble, patiently listened to our concerns, and then clearly and efficiently resolved the issue. Her professional ability to resolve problems quickly and satisfactorily was truly impressive. After handling the matter, upon learning that we were traveling with a child, she proactively recommended child-friendly places to visit around the hotel, authentic Cantonese restaurants, and nearby leisure shopping areas. She even meticulously provided walking routes, tips to avoid pitfalls, and activities suitable for children, saving us the trouble of planning everything ourselves. Following the butler's recommendations, we easily visited Huacheng Square and Haixinsha. We could also walk to Tiande Plaza for food, covering dining, entertainment, and shopping all in one go. Downstairs, at IGC Tianhui Plaza, there's Qingchun Pumen, which offers light and healthy options, perfect for dining with kids. A short walk led us to Dian Dou De at Utopa for dim sum, where the shrimp dumplings, red rice rolls, and children's meals were soft and not spicy, much loved by our child. For authentic home-style Cantonese cuisine, Chang Lai Xiao Ju at Gaode Land offers braised goose and claypot rice that are comforting and good value. For a classic teahouse experience, Tao Tao Ju's roasted goose and milk pineapple buns were a family favorite. In the evening, after strolling through Huacheng Square and Haixinsha to see the Canton Tower's night view, Xing Sheng Road and Tiande Plaza offered a variety of congee, noodles, and sweet soup for late-night snacks, available anytime. Throughout the trip, my child fell in love with the Canton Tower's night view from the 28th floor and raved about the hotel's afternoon tea and late-night snacks. As we left, he kept looking back at the 'Little Waist' outside the window. The excellent viewing location, thoughtful complimentary meals, and Butler 3's meticulous and high-quality service created an impeccable stay. The Yazhi Hotel will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Guangzhou, ensuring a worry-free and delightful experience.

112131513This was my second stay. The first time, I arrived late at night and didn't get to see the view, but I was quite satisfied with the room and amenities, which prompted this return visit. The room and facilities like the pool are still pretty good, and the view is nice too. However, there was a power outage at the hotel at night! I wasn't informed about this before checking in; the front desk only told me about it when I arrived, asking if I still wanted to proceed with check-in. I asked my friend, who said it would be a shame to have come all this way for nothing, so we decided to stay. Around midnight, the power went out, and I was woken up by a beeping sound coming from who knows where. I tried to call the front desk to ask what was going on, but the phone kept showing 'busy.' I thought about going downstairs to find the front desk, but not only were the elevators out, even the emergency exit lights were off… I didn't sleep well all night, and the hotel didn't offer any compensation. Well, that's it then; there won't be a next time.

XXiaobudianerererererMy first time in Guangzhou was fantastic! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. As soon as my taxi pulled up, someone was there to help with my luggage. The room was huge and super clean, and the extensive use of red cave stone was really beautiful. The bedding and linens were high-thread-count and very comfortable. Plus, having a mall right downstairs made shopping incredibly convenient. They were also very prompt and professional in helping resolve any issues. My trip was too rushed this time to try the dining or the cakes, but next time I'd love to stay a whole day without even leaving the hotel!

GGuest UserThis time, I brought my family to Guangzhou, and we chose to stay at the W Hotel Guangzhou. The overall experience was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. A special thanks to our butler, Natty, for her exceptional care. Before our arrival, she thoughtfully inquired about our travel preferences and arranged the room accordingly. Our check-in was seamless, and she even provided us with practical local travel tips, such as recommendations for the Pearl River night cruise. The hotel's style is trendy and chic, and the comfort level of the stay is very high. The staff are attentive and gentle, and you can feel their sincerity in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel for family trips.

FFahrillionThe hotel is very beautiful, in a (for European taste) classic style. The breakfast was a highlight, very good choices. The room was absolutely gourgeous. I was lucky to receive an upgrade of the room on arrival. I highly recommend staying here, it is close to the metro and has a lovely little street with loads of restaurants just behind the hotel within 10 mins walking distance. I did not try the hotel restaurant or spa, so cannot comment on them. The one thing is that when I accidently got of the wrong floor where the restaurant is. I was walking around a bit lost and looking and none of the staff asked if they could help me. The hotel has a tea room, where they make super tasty coffee as well. I recommend the pistachio latte, very, very tasty!
