"I specifically chose this hotel, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, with convenient transport links nearby, making it easy to visit attractions and shopping areas. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; they greeted me as I entered and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel very much at home. The room was cozy and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The facilities in the room were new and in perfect working order, and all the appliances functioned smoothly. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very practical, and it was spotlessly clean. The bed had the perfect balance of firmness and softness, providing great relief after a long day. The common areas were well-maintained and had a tranquil atmosphere. The adjoining leisure area was also very comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Overall, the price was reasonable, and the service, environment, and cleanliness were all top-notch, with attention to detail evident throughout. GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient, and I stayed for two nights this time. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Before I checked in, I had a bunch of packages delivered from Taobao, and the front desk clerk helped me find all of them and brought them up to my room. The room was clean, and they even provided complimentary fruit. The breakfast spread was excellent. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

We high appreciate all the greetings from your staff on our way in and out. We specifically thank Eric who is full of sunshine helps us with our transport. His sincerity is unforgettable. Minnie is another nice staff we meet during our breakfast time. Though she has to cater different customers' needs at the peak time, she is patient and polite. Ms Gan has proactively solved our ticket problems, once we approach the front desk. We have great time in Rosewood Guangzhou because of all the superheroes who are working very hard not only those we have mentioned above. Definitely Rosewood Guangzhou is our best choice, we will be back soon. Thanks RWG!

QQiuqiu1986I was torn between the Four Seasons and Rosewood for my Guangzhou trip, and ultimately chose the Four Seasons. The view was incredible, with the Canton Tower directly in front of my room and an unobstructed panoramic view of the Pearl River. When I checked in, the front desk heard I was tired and immediately sent up a bubble bath. Soaking in the tub while enjoying the Canton Tower view was absolutely amazing. At breakfast, I mentioned the limited selection of dishes, and the restaurant manager immediately brought over a menu for me to order from. The head chef personally delivered my Dandan noodles and gave a detailed explanation. The noodles tasted great, but the service was even better. It truly lives up to the Four Seasons name; the experience was perfect.

GGuest UserInitially, I was quite disappointed. The room type wasn't like what was shown in the video; it was much smaller. If there are such significant differences, it should be clearly stated, and more pictures should be provided. Also, at the water park, there was no distinction between hotel guests and external visitors for lockers, leading me to unnecessarily spend an extra 30 yuan on rental. Later, I took a wrong turn and discovered another indoor pool with free lockers. Most of the staff I encountered were interns who couldn't answer any of my questions. My advice is to only ask the front desk or your butler if you need anything. Furthermore, the hot spring area didn't provide towels or hot drinks, so it was freezing after coming out, especially since it was raining. The Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring is much more professional in this regard and could serve as a good example. Aside from these points, the environment, dining, and facilities were excellent. There was a lot to do, and even though my child was young and couldn't participate in many activities, there was still plenty to enjoy. Despite the extremely hot weather, we had a lot of fun. I'd love to experience more activities in the future and hope the hotel's service can improve further.

GGavinlauThe butler service was excellent, very attentive and thoughtful. They even helped us book a buffet reservation in advance. The room view was pretty good, though there was something obstructing the upper right corner, possibly due to the building's facade design. The cleanliness, however, was a bit lacking. Everything else was fine. I hope they improve on the cleanliness. Overall, it was still a good experience, and I hope they continue to improve and strengthen their services, so as not to waste such a beautiful view.

JJason_Lau_There was an issue last time, and the hotel compensated me for it. However, my executive privileges card clearly stated a 3 PM checkout, but they insisted on 2 PM. I had already mentioned I just wanted to grab the buffet on the 3rd floor before leaving, and the buffet was almost closing. Considering it was a Sunday checkout and not during the Canton Fair, room availability shouldn't have been tight. The hotel is quite old; I noticed some peeling wallpaper or something at the entrance of my room. Also, the design is very inconvenient. You have to take an elevator from the ground floor to the third floor for check-in, then take another elevator from the third floor to your room. This hotel's standard should theoretically be higher than a Hilton, but both times I've stayed, it hasn't been as good as a Hilton. The only advantage is the river view. I'm quite disappointed. I came back hoping for a better experience after a very poor one last time, and it turned out the same. A bit disheartening.

ZZiyue.The room was elegant and luxurious, and the bedding was so comfortable I could barely wake up. The service was responsive, but the breakfast buffet on the 4th floor had limited options, and my sunny-side up eggs were fully cooked, not runny. The Executive Lounge was exceptional; the service was perfectly balanced, and the staff's professionalism was outstanding. They even remembered my name and preferences after more than a year. The food and drinks served were exquisite and delicious.

SSeet-HutterThis hotel is distinguished by a kind of palatial European classical decor with pervasive gold and marble accents and featuring ostentatious chandeliers. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite which was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was massive but there were no railing for gettting in and out of the bathtub which also has a very thick rim, which meant that one could potentially slip or trip. Very strangely and perhaps unwisely too, there was a power socket near the tap of the bathtub which could be potentially hazardous if the shower spray were to hit it. For a supposedly international hotel, there was also no English language channel on television like CGTN. But the reception staff were generally helpful and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The metro was not far but the route involved going through a tunnel full of errant motorcyclists.

It was indeed fantastic 😎👍 We arrived around 11 PM for check-in, and the front desk staff, Clinton, was exceptionally nice, thoughtfully offering complimentary breakfast and a welcome gift. The hotel's breakfast was outstanding, with a rich and comprehensive selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, completely satisfying us! The kids absolutely loved the rooftop pool. Whether it was the greeters, concierge, front desk, or housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly! The service was so attentive, giving us a comforting sense of coming home during our return. 👍 Meeting up with a couple of friends in the lobby was great; the overall ambiance was both peaceful and comfortable! The room was meticulously clean, and they even provided turndown service with delicious snacks, which the kids adored! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Getting a taxi was so easy! And parcels were delivered directly to our room! All in all, this experience was absolutely excellent 👌! It's perfect for family and parent-child trips! Our four-day, three-night stay in Guangzhou was very pleasant, making us love the city's hospitality even more~ Next time I return to Guangzhou, this will definitely be my top choice!! I'll also recommend it to other friends! Thank you to every friendly staff member~
