"The staff of the hotel was very nice and kind from the very start of the booking process, so informative when I asked about room type and the condition that I was looking for. I spend time there for 2 days 1 night with 1 room and 2 meals to celebrate my birthday with my sister. The hotel even passed the information to the restaurant staff and they were kind enough to sing the happy birthday song for me and also gave me a birthday gift. The room was cleaned well and has all the amenities you might need. The private bath was very good too."

"Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station."

Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. "If you go to the hotel from the jr platform, you may need to fumble a bit. Everything else is almost perfect. On the hill is really on the hill.
