NNuneChangNice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

张张If you go to the hotel from the jr platform, you may need to fumble a bit. Everything else is almost perfect. On the hill is really on the hill. The view is perfect, you can watch the sunrise in your room. The rhythm of going to sleep after watching. The breakfast and dinner package is full of Japanese characteristics. Of course, if you don’t know English, there may be a little problem. It depends mainly on luck. Some young ladies are good at English. Some are not so good. Two nights in Matsushima are enough. The rooms are traditional Japanese style. About the size of eleven cushions, the toilet and bathroom are relatively narrow. They will come to help make the bed, but we still insist on trying to make it ourselves. In fact, I slept well for two nights. On the ground floor is a hot spring

JJIEThe two prospect hot springs on the fifth floor are top-notch! Men and women rotate in the morning and afternoon. There is also a hot spring on the first floor with massage services. Massage is not recommended. The sofa area on the third floor overlooks Matsushima and offers a variety of free drinks and snacks. Very relaxing area. 40 minutes of free karaoke can be reserved before 8 pm, and there are Chinese songs to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to the glass pavilion next to it, and you can visit it for free with your room card. Bicycle rental is free.
Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious. Dinner is a buffet of 11,000 yen per person including tax. There are also many choices of drinks and wines. The oyster rice and chestnut cake are especially recommended for dinner.
The sanitation of the hotel is very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also good. The hotel provides free bus transfers between Songdo Station and Songdo Coast Station. You can check the timetable on the hotel website, which usually coincides with the train schedule.

DDuoThe owner and his wife are very kind. Although it is a bit far away from Songdo coast attractions and it is difficult to walk in the snow in winter, it is very quiet. There were only two of us on the night of check-in, so we were allowed to bathe together🤣. The owner even sent us to the station the next day ~ a beautiful traditional hotel

GGuest UserIt's an older hotel and the exterior and room layout feel a bit dated, but it was well kept and the rooms were so clean that they didn't feel old at all and were very comfortable.
The staff also always greeted me when they made eye contact with me and everyone made a very good impression.
Guests could drink as much beverages as they wanted in the lounge and were very satisfied with the service.
The hot spring was also spacious, which was great!
I wish the hair dryer in the large communal bath had a bit more power.
I think the amenities were average.

GGuest UserI used it for live participation in Sendai Sekisui Heim arena. It was about 10 minutes walk from the nearest Rifu station, and you can see the hotel sign from the station, so if you have time, you can walk toward it, and by taxi, it was ¥ 740 〜 ¥ 880 from Rifu station to the hotel.
I had mailed my luggage to the hotel in advance, so I left it in the room after check-in and was able to move easily.
The room is calm with wooden furniture and chic wallpaper.
It was equipped with a large mirror and the light in the room was white, so it was easy to make up.
On the way back, I was very helpful to send my luggage from the hotel, call a taxi to the station, and rent an umbrella because it was raining.
I wanted to use it again if I had the opportunity.

GGuest UserA stones’ throw from the train station and with a stunning view, this is a ryokan that seems to be unchanged since the 1970s or early 80s. The fixtures are dated but in good condition, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was superb!

GGuest UserVery close to a JR station, very reasonable price, excellent traditional Japanese food and onsen, comfortable room, friendly staff, but the only shortfall is no luggage storage is allowed after check out at 10 a.m. (not even the same day storage). We have to carry the luggage to the public locker of the next JR station for temporary storage.
