"The hotel is mostly booked by people passing through due to its excellent location near Thessaloniki SKG airport. In my opinion, the Hotel Ambassador is ideal for this purpose. The rooms are spacious and, above all, clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The hotel's swimming pool is one of the highlights of the stay, especially in the summer months. Children, teenagers and young-at-heart adults will certainly get their money's worth in the very well-designed open-air swimming pool. Cars can park for free in the hotel's car park. Conclusion: Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, especially for guests passing through. If you can do without luxury without compromising on cleanliness and comfort, then this is the right place for you, in my opinion."

"Family hotel, near the airport. The hotel sends the airport to 10 euros. The room size is not small, but the layout of the bathroom is very unreasonable, the door is open, you can't use the washbasin, the bathtub has no shower curtain, the bath, the ground is wet. The swimming pool is a plus item."

"Although a little out of the way the hotel is easy to find. There are shops, a pharmacy and a supermarket 8 minutes walk away to meet any needs of small children. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the swimming pool is very good. We have been to this hotel before six years ago, so returning here was nice. The only downside, the breakfast did not have as good a selection of fresh fruit or variety of yoghurt. Although I love Greek yoghurt. At the rear of the hotel near our room the staff had taken to dumping any large broken furniture or carpets outside the corridor window. In addition the swimming pool and area opened at 10 am yet clean up preparation of beds and cutting did not start till 10. Other than that the hotel is excellent and should be used by anyone passing this way. "

"The location of the hotel is very far from the center, but it may be a good choice for those who will use the airport. The hotel had a huge sound insulation problem. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night. All the noise from the next room and the corridor was coming to our room. There was a constant sound coming from somewhere in the room. We guess it might be a refrigerator. Overall the room cleaning was good but I think the carpets need to be removed. The carpets were not clean, there was hair on them. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky. It was disturbing. Also, the stain on the duvet was unpleasant.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the breakfast sufficient and liked it."

"The process requirements are in line with Hyatt's standards, and the counter operations are international high-standard professional reception services. There are no shortcomings! The most satisfying thing is the pick-up and drop-off service provided by the concierge. Not only a few days before arrival, the airport pick-up meeting point map and step-by-step graphic instructions were emailed, making the pick-up and drop-off service simple and convenient, and it is also free. It’s absolutely perfect!!"

"Близко от аэропорта. Есть парковка рядом с отелем. Отель расположен буквально в 50 м от променада. Рядом много кафе, администратор отеля посоветовал нам отличный фаст-фуд в 5 минутах ходьбы.
В самом отеле очень чисто. Наш номер имел вид на море. Единственный минус - очень маленькие номера, видимо поэтому у отеля только 2*, во всем остальном он заслуживает большего. Рекомендую и планирую останавливаться еще."
