"It's not worth it for high rates. I have never given negative feedback, but the staff service has to improve. No smile, no bother attitude, everyone behave as if they are going to resign soon attitude. They dont appreciate their guest. Not only for us, when we checked in, another guest was also showing his dismay. Not of Taj standard. Only when things go wrong, you would be able to evaluate the services. Overall, I would only recommend if prices are low."

"Hotel looks lovely and on the surface seems like a high quality hotel. But the service was seriously shambolic. They didn't provide hand towels in the room, we had to ask several times for them before they finally appeared. The breakfast was bizarre - noone manning the coffee station but you weren't allowed to serve yourself (it was just a push button machine). No decaffeinated tea or coffee. It took ages to receive the love station food even though the breakfast room wasn't even 1/4 full as we were very early. They agreed to book us a taxi but on reconfirmation they had no record of it, so they tried to persuade us to instead use the hotel charter vehicle for 4x the price! It's a shame, for the price we expected better service and less chaos."

"Good experience staying at E hotel. The staffs were all helpful and Attended to all our needs. Sunitha and ***i were good room keepers. The breakfast a good, though it’s vegetarian. It will be good if they start breakfast from 6.30am instead of 7.30am. This was my 2nd time staying at E hotel."

"Hotel looked very posh and had a nice smell. We received a welcome drink and a necklace while doing check-in. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall stay was great and value for money. The only downside is that hotel is far from the airport. However, we still had a good stay."

"The Hotel is good but below competitors in it’s category. Hotel is very clean. Location could be better since Anna Salai is very crowded and congested road. I had a bad experience with service, especially the F&B team. The gym is okay but way under equipped vs other 5 stars hotel nearby. The Spa is super expensive and doesn’t even have steam or sauna… Breakfast and lunch / diner buffet are average, not many choices."

"Fantastic experience. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast spread was very good and tasty. The hotel even surprised my husband with a complimentary cake and had the room decorated on his birthday. It was truly a thoughtful gesture by the hotel. Exceptional customer service. Definitely my choice of stay for my next trip to Chennai."
