Luxury Hotels in Shenzhen

The room is clean, free snack bar, and the staff is really nice to extend the checkout time to 2 pm as our return bus will be late evening. The gym is amazing and the service in the changing room was great. The only thing we felt disappointed was the location of the room as it's hardly see the sunset, but it's still a nice view. If we stayed in the rooms at the right side, we probably could see it without going out to the park.......I have reflected to the staff called Rebecca and she advised me to contact her next time if booking the same type of room again. Thanks for her help.

Celebrated my always birthday in paradise at Intercontinental Dameisha! 🌊✨ Stunning sea views, a private beach escape, and delicious dim sum made it unforgettable. I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that! The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety. As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!) To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

My stay was a mix bag of experiences, we encounter a very helpful staff, Chris, when we check-in and he was very attentive to our needs and requests. However, as the stay progress, we didn’t experience the same level of care and attentiveness by the other staff. For example, after swimming and we bath at the changing room which was quite empty but a number of staff were present but none was offering their assistance to show us where the towels, slippers, etc were. Anyhow, since we recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen so perhaps we were expecting the same level of service but unfortunately this was not found.

This time we stayed in the special dreamy Little Prince room, which the children loved very much. Raffles Hotel also has a special butler service. I like the butler team very much. Butlers Frieda, Qian, Kathryn, Maddy, Irene, and Jolin are all very enthusiastic in their service.

We had an old friends' get together Mid August at this brand new resort hotel. MGM indeed gave us some awesome surprises upon check in. Manager Bonnie is super professional offering very helpful information for our stay. Check in was smooth n efficient. The hotel is rather remote yet close. (Subway within walking distance.) One drawback is that nearby recreational facilities are still under construction. Having said that, yet , the private beach n restaurants together with activities inside the Hotel are well n good enough to keep us busy. Low floors offer excellent beach n sea views. Don't miss the evening MGM show at 7:45pm. Great for families n young children. Chinese restaurant has delicious n sumptuous meals at reasonable prices. Italian restaurant has fresh salad n tasty pizzas. We had such a memorable 2 days one night vacation there. Big salute n Thank you all the MGM staffs in Shenzhen.

Ok I got a lot to say about the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen - a hotel with luxurious amenities but lacking basic breakfast provisions… Dyson hair drier, toto washlet, glass bottled water are all under expected. MO shenzhen used very highend sanitary fitting brands, reliable and taken very good care of. I am very picky on sanitary fittings and cleanliness and I have not noticed any issues. Kudos to the housekeeping team. One must understand what sets MO apart from other hotels is the impeccable attention to details. Its interior design is far superior to other Shenzhen hotels. If you are architecture fan and are tired of the substandard detailing in other Shenzhen hotels please do try MO shenzhen. Now… the problem for me was with the breakfast. It occurred to me that MO focused way too much on cantonese food and was probably swayed by foreigner’s perception of what “oriental culture” consists of. Granted that the food was of high quality - good sauce good ingredients. But it is rly rly rly basic to provide rice. In every top hotels I visited around Asia, I never had to miss fried rice. It was very dissimilar experience in MO compared to Ritz carlton I stayed few weeks before - who probably had 3 times more variety of offerings. I wouldnt hesitate to pay extra if there was a better breakfast offering - as many would understand that this is just attitude issue. The greatest hotel service in Asia. MO group is known for this and I cannot agree more. I knew of this ever since many years ago when I was in Guangzhou MO next to Taikoo. Overall, as said earlier, MO shenzhen gave me mixed feelings. I am astounded by the cleanliness, detailing but I cannot hop on the MO Fan boat yet because of the breakfast. Aiya!

Lovely 5 star hotel in a quiet area. Very modern design with loads of facilities. Love the size of the room and also the balcony. Will definitely stay again if I need a holiday.

Alice service is very attentive and professional. She and her colleagues had arranged nicely for my birthday including beautiful bouquet and simple room decorations. Before my arrival, Angela is also helping the booking arrangement. The hotel design has wow us and the buffet breakfast is good. The overall ambiance and the experience is outstanding and we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to Shangri-la for this great stay.

Fantastic location, attention to detail in rooms was immaculate. Complimentary mini bar with great turn down service. Will definitely stay here again! Would be good to touch up on the teams English though as we had difficulty ordering in room dining.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with excellent service throughout my stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff helped unload our luggage, transported it to our room with a luggage cart, and even assisted with loading it back into our car at checkout. Our butler, @Felicia Chen, was fantastic—she was always prompt in responding to our questions and requests through the messaging app. She went above and beyond, arranging for a crib guard for our baby, providing extra pillows, and noting down our license plate to help with parking fee reduction. Felicia even extended our checkout time by two hours when she learned that our one-year-old needed a nap. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
