Luxury Hotels in Shenzhen

It was a good experience staying in Shangrila Hotel in Namshan. The staff are polite and helpful especially the frontline staff, Julie Liu. I would definitely recommend my friends to come and enjoy their holidays.

I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. A special shoutout to Eden for her outstanding customer relations! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. During breakfast at the lobby bar, I noticed the staff working diligently, even during the busy rush hour. Despite the wait, their friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant. It was refreshing to see such dedication, and I appreciated their efforts. However, I did encounter an issue during the evening service on December 28th. Although the lobby bar was quiet around 7 PM, I found the male staff member to be somewhat arrogant and lacking basic courtesy. Despite my repeated expressions of thanks for the food, he remained silent and did not collect the finished dishes. This was disappointing compared to the excellent service I received during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel for its exceptional service during the day, and I hope to see improvements in the evening staff's attitude. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great hotel for families. Lots of activities for the kids, the room was beautiful and the balcony super nice. We didn't have a good experience at the Chinese restaurant it was super expensive and the quality was not good. Breakfast was very good and offered a great selection of food, a good mix between asian and western food. The outdoor Swiming pool was closed because it was a bumper but on other hand the indoor pool was opened until 23:00 which is a great feature for families. Overall a very pleasant stay

The hotel is a short walk from the metro and situated on the beach. It is either brand new or recently renovated because it is pristine inside and out. The buffet breakfast was ample and delicious and the rooftop bar is a chic, serving delicious cocktails. We visited in March so it was too chilly for the main pool, but the heated pool had kids playing in it all day. The gym was fantastic, offering several cardio options, free weights, kettle balls, medicine balls, and stationary machines. There are several playground options for kids to play and the evening show was very entertaining. We didn’t try the other restaurants on site, but they looked great from the outside. It has easy access to the surrounding catwalks though, at the time of this review, the rest of the area is still under construction. Would definitely come again.

It’s a quick business trip and second time stay in Raffles Shenzhen, we had wonderful stay as last time. Special thanks to the Butler team arranging little surprise for my birthday and the beautiful setup in the room. Frieda, Andy, Kathryn, you guys are making the guests staying experience special.

Amazing hotel with excellent location. Great facilities. Connecting with Upperhills mall. Amazing service from pre arrival, arrival to departure. Thanks to chief concierge Jason & Guest relations manager Williams Yu who went above and beyond to craft a spectacular stay. Charlie at Mandarin Cake Shop also made us fell in love with the MO brand! Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen is our favourite in Shenzhen. We will be back♥️

Interiors are well designed and decorated. Kitchen and housekeeping staff service some of the best I’ve experienced, though front desk is very average. (Could use some improvement here.) Loved the high water pressure in the shower rooms and the comfortable bed. Overall, recommended.

First time back to 深圳大梅沙京基洲际度假酒店 in 2025, and the weather was just warm enough for the beach. The hotel staff, Zero, made sure my reservation needs were met and ready prior to my arrival. After I checked in the first day, she also checked in with me and my family to see if we needed anything else. There were a lot of seaweed washed up onto the beach this time, and the hotel had staff cleaning them away to keep the beach clean. Again, amazing service from Zero and the rest of the hotel staff!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Payment Handling Experience I am requesting to book a room for my boss’s VIP guest and payment issue related. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with the payment process at park Hyatt SZ. While I understand the importance of adhering to financial regulations, I found the rigidity in handling my payment request highly frustrating and inconvenient. Despite my repeated attempts to find a workable solution, your team, particularly the duty manager, was unable to provide any alternatives or flexibility. It became evident that while they were strictly following the finance department’s guidelines, they lacked the training or authority to offer guests any viable options. Ultimately, I had to come up with a solution myself—something I would have expected the hotel staff to assist with, rather than leaving it entirely up to me. A hotel’s reputation should prioritize guest convenience and ensure that staff are trained to handle such situations with flexibility and professionalism. The inability to provide alternatives not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but also left a negative impression of the hotel’s customer service. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that your team will consider improving training for handling payment-related concerns in the future. I would appreciate a response addressing how you plan to enhance your service in this regard. Having just check out from park Hyatt Changsha and last week from Alila, just felt something is missing. It's a beautiful resort in a great location. The room was a decent size. The breakfast buffet had a big variety to choose from. The food was good. There aren't any halaal food options, but we could still eat the fish and veggies. The chefs were very kind to make freshly steamed vegetables for us (without pork or any other meat). Thomas, from Azure restaurant was very accommodating. They do advertise for 2 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, but only one is accessible depending on the weather. This is not something that is mentioned when you do the booking. Also, there was a day that we had to call the manager because the room was cleaned haphazardly. Dirty cups weren't replaced with clean ones and the floor was not mopped. The bed was dressed with pillows not on the bed. Leah handled the matter with great care. Otherwise everything else was really good. We would visit this resort a second time, and recommend it to families.
