"An excellent experience! **Location:** Very convenient. It's only a 20-minute bullet train ride away, and you can walk to MixC (for all your dining and entertainment needs) in 7-8 minutes. There's also a park nearby for a stroll. **Facilities & Hygiene:** Generally great. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the toilet had smart features. Plenty of coffee capsules, mineral water, and tissues. The gym isn't huge but is very popular. The swimming pool is 8x25 meters; during summer, it's busy with kids' classes, but I highly recommend the massage pool and steam room in the changing area. **Service:** I really commend the service. Mindy was fantastic, promptly connecting with me and offering helpful reminders. I especially loved the beautiful executive lounge environment and the high-quality dishes, which truly elevated the hotel's overall service!"

The hotel boasts an excellent location on North First Ring Road, making it very convenient to take a taxi to shopping districts and pedestrian streets. There are also many diverse Anhui cuisine restaurants nearby, so finding food is effortless. The lobby incorporates elements of Huizhou design, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere without any noise or commotion. The moment you step in, you can feel the quality of a five-star hotel. Check-in was very efficient, and the staff were polite and gentle throughout. A special thanks goes to the Guest Relations Specialist, who communicated with me online about my itinerary in advance and thoughtfully prepared a handwritten welcome card and local souvenirs. The attention to detail was impeccable, and any requests I messaged were quickly responded to. They were gentle, professional, and always put the guest first. The guest room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor offering expansive views, where the city's nightscape could be fully enjoyed in the evening. The cleaning was meticulous; corners and bathroom mirrors were spotless. The mattress was moderately firm, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any traffic from the street during the day, ensuring a particularly peaceful night's rest. The bathroom amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were of high quality, making for a supremely comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The freshly cooked noodles and local beef soup tasted authentic, and there was a full selection of desserts, fruits, and hot dishes, all delicious. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive; the 24-hour gym is well-equipped, and the heated swimming pool has clean water, perfect for relaxing in your free time. From the concierge and front desk to room service, all staff members maintained an appropriate sense of discretion, never overly intrusive, yet always ready to assist when needed. "I had a very satisfying stay. The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. My girlfriend injured her foot and had difficulty walking, and the hotel thoughtfully lent us a wheelchair, which was fantastic service. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the view was great; one window overlooked a beautiful large lawn. The hotel's location is superb, very close to Huizhou Garden and European Street. A truly satisfying stay!"

"I booked this hotel to see Zhou Shen's concert. Although it was a bit further from the venue due to a nearby subway station closure, the overall experience was excellent! The hotel facilities are subtly luxurious. I stayed in a ground-floor room, and the natural light was incredibly good – no feeling of being cramped or uncomfortable at all. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. The breakfast included both Chinese and Western dishes and tasted fantastic, highly recommended. Finally, I have to commend the hotel's human touch – the front desk staff at check-in and check-out were so professional and thoughtful, their tone and communication made me feel very comfortable. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance! I didn't originally take many photos, just two because the room was so bright and comfortable, but it seems three are needed for a review, so I've added one of my beloved Zhou Shen."

"This was my first trip to Hefei with my bestie, and we chose The Westin. The front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. Xiao Ao was very nice, sincere, and lovely. The room was well-maintained and very clean, though the shower in my room was a bit unstable. The breakfast offered many Anhui local specialties. The beef vermicelli soup is a must-try, and my friend and I each had two bowls of Sha Tang (a local soup). The tofu pudding was also very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a short taxi ride to anywhere, and Wanda Plaza is right next door. Highly recommended!"

It's right by the Dadongmen Metro Station (Lines 1 and 2), and within walking distance to Huaihai Road Pedestrian Street and Xiaoyaojin Park, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the 29th floor, offering great city views and a wide variety of delicious dishes. While the hotel might feel a bit dated, the service, as expected from an InterContinental property, is excellent. Overall, it offers good value for money."
