The room was spacious and clean, with great views from the high floor. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. Jane provided attentive service, contacting me in advance to make arrangements and responding quickly to my requests. The location is convenient for getting around, the breakfast selection is rich, and the amenities are complete, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure. YyaseinThe best hotel during my trip to China. The room was clean, well-organized, and new. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied. The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important. By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff. Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

GGuest UserThe front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserLocation is very good. I appreciate the hotel taking the initiative to send us various images of where to go to find the hotel. Top marks for that. However the instruction to find the hotel can be improved. For example, 4 images were squeezed into one image and that image cannot be expanded. It is difficult to see the picture to identify the landmarks when one is not familiar with the place. Also instead of saying walk 50m after you exit the glass door and turn left. It turned out that it is more than 50m. A better way would be to say walk till you see the service counter and ask them for direction. The room is clean and good. However, it may not be suitable for guests who can be easily disturbed. The wash basin is outside the bathroom. If one wakes up early to wash up, the other will be disturbed. The surrounding can also be noisy.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

GGuest UserThe location is okay for concerts, about a 30-minute walk. However, there is construction nearby, which makes it noisy. The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.

GGuest UserA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.
