YYiyaoMy visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

CChristine1022The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However:
1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them.
2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do.
3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

RRositaFresitaI booked 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Regency Exclusive Double Bedroom. It was very spacious and had a great view especially at night. It has a separate powder room area and large walk in closet. Shout out to NINA for providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. She was meticulous about answering all of my questions and always ready to help. My reservation included access to the club area where they had a good variety of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this particular room if you need plenty of space.

Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

It is a hotel with complete facilities, beautiful environment, clean rooms and considerate service, especially the front desk lady Llily, who handled all kinds of problems efficiently and professionally from check-in to check-out. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

GGuest UserMy wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating.
However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively.
It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do.
If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

AAllicerSuch a nice place to go for weekend relaxation. We love the infinity pool and the cleanliness of the entire area. The food is good; if you want barbecue, be sure to order in advance or, better yet, bring your own meat. Unfortunately, we ordered, we waited, and then, after more than 30 minutes, they told us it wasn't available anymore. Also, it's so hard to take a taxi or Didi from there; we've asked the receptionist to help us, but she said they couldn't. We hope the receptionist can be more accommodating and helpful. Anyway,after an hour of waiting, we've got our own taxi without their help. But overall, we like staying there, and we will definitely come back for the infinity pool and nature.
