AAnonymous UserI have to give a shout-out to Mindy, our butler, for making our stay at The Langham Hefei absolutely perfect. Her service was meticulous and thoughtful from start to finish. Before we even arrived, she proactively reached out to understand our needs and arranged a quiet, comfortable room for us. Check-in was efficient and seamless, and she was patient and gentle throughout. During our stay, she was incredibly responsive to all our requests, proactively reminding us about meal times and travel plans. Her attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. Mindy was professional, courteous, and warm, truly embodying The Langham's high-quality service, which added so much warmth and pleasant surprises to our trip. The hotel itself is elegant, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. Combined with Mindy's attentive service, it truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Hefei. Thumbs up to Mindy and The Langham team!

MMRSPenangFinally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes.
Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff!
Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!

2206262****The hotel environment is great! What impressed me most was the front desk staff, I think her name was Peng Beibei. Her service attitude was exceptionally good! She's a very enthusiastic young lady; when I forgot my room card, she even proactively went to the elevator to swipe it for me. It really shows the kind of service awareness and enthusiasm needed in the service industry today.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

AAsuoWWI was in Hefei for my child's graduation ceremony, so I chose a hotel near Dadongmen, primarily for its proximity to her school. The hotel's location is excellent. Take Airport Bus No. 1 from Hefei Xinqiao Airport, get off at Chaohu Road, and walk across the bridge to the hotel. Dadongmen Subway Station's Exit D is just downstairs, making subway access incredibly convenient. Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street is a 6-7 minute walk away, and Bao Park and Xiaoyaojin are also within walking distance. Downstairs, you'll find KFC, a casserole dish, and Shaxian snacks, as well as a nearby convenience store and Hefei's famous stinky mandarin fish. The hotel itself was welcoming and attentive, and the hotel provided complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The breakfast was average, but the room was relatively new, and the Xiaodu voice control system was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Wwendy166021This is the hotel I must stay in every time I pass by Hefei with my furry kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the stay is leisurely and quiet. The sanitary conditions are also very good. In a small village in Hefei New District, there are many farmhouses and Xiaolingnan where you can let your children fly. If you are traveling with your family, you can live in a yard, which is quite comfortable! I think this price is quite worth it. I like the ambience of the hotel.

QQiuxingshandianlianThis is an older five-star hotel, but the front desk and room service were excellent and very responsive to all requests. They even upgraded my room when I asked to switch, so the service definitely deserves high praise. The design and decor are a bit dated, but the room itself was spacious, bright, clean, well-equipped, and had a fantastic view. Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast was standard. The hotel is right next to Swan Lake, with many shopping malls nearby. It's very easy to get a taxi from the lobby, and there's a subway station close by, making transportation quite convenient. This stay offered great value for money.

I came here to participate in the Chaohu Lake Cycling Tour. Sharon learned that I needed to rest and adjust after the competition, so she took the initiative to help me with the late check-out of my room. It was very thoughtful and I am very grateful.

The resort has not been done yet, the hotel is in the suburbs, there is nothing around
The hotel has no obvious traditional layout, everything is landscaped

Breakfast is OK, there are few people, it is a package.
Service, there is a battery car, someone takes it to the room (or you will get lost)
The room network is not good, the room does not have air conditioning, the floor is particularly high

Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.
