This place is very comfortable. The air is so good that there is nothing to say. When you open the window in the morning, you will see green eyes. The mountains are quiet and you can hear insects and birds. The hotel hardware is good, there are some, the staff is also enthusiastic, and they laugh when they meet. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a quick response to any needs. It will not be boring during the day. The hotel has arranged a lot of hand-made experiences, making incense cards, folding fans, printing, papermaking, and eight-section brocade and ceramic hand-made. If you don't want to do it, you can go to the gym to do activities, or make a cup of tea and sit in a daze. The air in the mountains is humid and the room is equipped with a dehumidifier, which is still very good. The room has a set of dinners, and the restaurant tastes very good. There is a stream nearby, which is very suitable for bringing a baby to play in the water. The baby doesn't want to leave. It is a place that can make people completely relax, and stay quietly for two days, and feel that the whole person has slowed down.

Wonderful, friendly service! Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

My parents, my partner, and I came from Hefei city to Lujiang for a weekend staycation. Our top priority was finding a place that met everyone's needs. [Facility and Service Needs] - Accommodation 🏠 My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing. - Dining 🍽️ The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable. - Service The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm. - Getting Around For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended. - Other Amenities The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests. Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

I always stay at the丽芮 (Rezen) whenever I'm in Hefei. I'm a loyal customer of this particular branch, and I wanted to clarify something: my previous review was purely a mistake; I accidentally selected the wrong hotel and meant to review a hotel in Dalian. My sincerest apologies! I'm actually incredibly satisfied with my experience here! As a high-end Rezen brand under Jinjiang, the overall decor is stylish and minimalist, with a fantastic design aesthetic. The public areas are clean and chic. The guest rooms are equipped with top-brand amenities, and the cleanliness is meticulous. The breakfast buffet offers a rich selection of fresh dishes that taste great, including local specialties, which is a nice touch. The self-service laundry room allows for both washing and drying. Every time I use it, the front desk helps with the washing, drying, and even delivers the clothes to my room. Both the facilities and services are excellent, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. It's also very close to the South Station, just one stop away (and they offer free shuttle service to and from the station). This is definitely my top choice for business trips or travel accommodation, and I'll continue to stay here regularly in the future.

This hotel is right next to Swan Lake, offering a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, with instant hot water and very comfortable beds. On the fourth floor, there's a swimming pool and gym, which guests can access directly. The pool water is clean, and the gym has a good selection of equipment. We even received complimentary fruit delivered to our room. Most importantly, the staff's service attitude is incredibly warm. They promptly contacted us when we left an item in the room during checkout, allowing us to retrieve it. A huge thank you to them! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If I come to Hefei again, I'll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it to my friends.

The room is beautiful and well-equipped. Downstairs, there's a large garden and an artificial lake. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of food, it's not crowded, and there's plenty of seating. The hotel is very close to attractions like the Anhui Science and Technology Museum, Museum of Famous Figures, Art Museum, and the Crossing the Yangtze River Battle Memorial Hall, as well as Chaohu Lake. There's a subway station nearby and a Wanda commercial area, making it convenient for dining. The service is excellent; I'll definitely book here again next time. They even gave us fruit and bottled water when we checked out, which was a thoughtful touch.

The environment was excellent, the service was superb, and there were many interesting activities. The hotel's restaurants were also delicious. The suite was spacious, with a bay window large enough for two more people to sleep in. The room was clean, with various thoughtful touches, and very warm. The suite even had central air conditioning and individual air conditioners/ceiling fans, clearly marked to ensure the space was large enough for efficient cooling or heating – such a thoughtful touch! A few suggestions: I recommend adding a projector or TV on the first floor. Currently, there's only an ambient music projector, which, combined with the electric fireplace, creates a fantastic cinematic experience, but it's not very entertaining. I suggest adding a projection screen or a portable TV so people can watch movies when they're gathered downstairs. There's a bathroom on the first floor, but I suggest adding a mirror. It's a bit inconvenient not having a mirror when you want to tidy yourself up before leaving the house. The second floor is great overall, with a sound system, TV, and bathtub. I'd suggest adding a mini-fridge, as there's a large refrigerator on the first floor, but getting anything refrigerated requires going downstairs, which is a bit inconvenient… These are just minor suggestions and don't significantly impact the overall usability and comfort. Any improvements would be a welcome bonus, a blessing for lazy people! In short, I would definitely stay here again!

This veteran five-star hotel, though a bit aged, is exceptionally well-maintained, especially in its service. From department managers to the cleaning staff, everyone greets you with a warm smile, making you feel truly welcomed. For just over 600 yuan, a standard room with breakfast for two offers excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a prime location with incredibly convenient transport links; the Line 1 subway station is right downstairs. Since we stayed for four consecutive days, on our last day, the lobby manager personally escorted us to the executive lounge to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and an evening light meal, and even upgraded our room to an executive room. Thanks to the convenient transport, we primarily used the subway for sightseeing, which was both fast and economical. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The Chinese restaurant also offered a rich variety of dishes at very reasonable prices.

Our stay at the Chaohu Shenye Hot Spring Holiday Resort was absolutely fantastic! What truly impressed me were the family-friendly facilities; the kids had an amazing time. They played foosball, got to bake their own cookies, and even found PSP games – they seriously didn't want to leave! The hotel service deserves a huge shout-out. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; every time we passed someone in the hallway, they'd greet us with a cheerful 'Good morning' or 'Good afternoon,' which was lovely. Our room was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Whenever we needed extra bottled water, it was delivered super quickly. Overall, the stay was hassle-free and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children. We'll definitely be back next time! We're coming back next month! We'll be frequent visitors!

It was really a last minute booking. We went back to my husband's hometown on the eve of the Chinese New Year, and we had to bring our big dog with us. However, it was not easy to book a hotel at 8 pm that day and still be able to bring the dog. The front desk service was really good, and they contacted me patiently. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 that night, and there was a special sightseeing car to pick us up. The environment is very good, and I plan to bring my elders here to celebrate the New Year next year🧨
