"There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10."

"I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!"

"I highly recommend the hotel provides proper training for its staff. They shouldn't just try to cover up and argue when problems arise. Don't tarnish the All Seasons image. Also, a heads-up to guests: be wary if the front desk claims they're verifying your breakfast, and then, without your permission, takes your phone to register you as a Huazhu Club member and download the Huazhu Club app."

"This stay really exceeded expectations! The location of the homestay is easy to find, and it is very convenient to travel and eat around. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, the details were very warm, and the atmosphere was full. The landlord is warm and caring, sends detailed check-in guidelines in advance, and responds super fast if you have any questions, and there is no trouble in staying throughout the whole process. The price is absolutely perfect, I will choose this one next time I come here, I really recommend it!"

There is an underground garage and many breakfast varieties, including tofu pudding, freshly cooked noodles, etc. There is also a coffee machine that can grind coffee beans, and disposable cups are provided. The ground coffee beans can be packed and taken away."
