"This stay far exceeded my expectations; I simply have to rave about this hotel. Checking in on the fourth floor, the front desk staff were warm, courteous, and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided information on nearby dining options and transportation routes, showing great attention to detail.
The room itself was a delight from the moment I walked in. It was spotlessly clean, with no dust on the floor or surfaces. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the duvet was fresh and odor-free. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation, and all toiletries were provided. Hot water was stable with excellent pressure. Breakfast was a buffet shared with Hilton, offering a rich variety of delicious dishes.
The hotel's public areas were tidy and elegant, and the corridors were clean and odorless. The location is superb, with restaurants and supermarkets right outside, making it easy to get around by taxi or on foot. All facilities, such as the air conditioning and lighting, were well-maintained and in perfect working order. For its price range, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. It's perfect for both short business trips and leisure travel. If I ever visit this area again, I'll definitely choose this hotel first. I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay."

"The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!"

"I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!"

"Check in was easy - the front desk staff were delightful, and comped us free breakfast, lots of complimentary snacks and consumables at checkin.
rooms were spacious, clean, modern &smart, with air purifier in both our rooms. Our rooms were on the 20th floor, and it was quiet with the windows shut. Room has minisplit built in so heat and ac were easy to set.
We were in town for a trade show and - the show had less participants than advertised, so we didnt need to be there multiple days. I changed our checkout date to be 2 days earlier after the first day an the staff promptly processed it and refunded the two days within 10 minutes. they were very gracious and happy to help. Would recommend for their great customer service, and enjoyed our peaceful stay. Would stay here again!"

"This time, I was on a self-driving trip and found a hotel that just opened this year, a renovated old property. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. Even though it was newly renovated, there was no smell.
**Environment:** The parking is free and has two levels. It feels like a resort. Getting around is easy by just calling a taxi. You can drive directly to the lobby entrance.
**Service:** They upgraded us for free to a higher floor. The soundproofing was great, and we even received a complimentary fruit platter. Deliveries are brought up to the room by staff or the delivery driver. If you have any issues, just call.
**Facilities:** The room has a mini-fridge and a safe.
**Hygiene:** I stayed for two consecutive days, and on the second day, the hair in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, which I think is unacceptable."

1. Can we not be so serious about breakfast? Just have a smaller portion and be more refined. Looking at the breakfast for one person on the table, I feel confused.
2. Please replace the paper towel box on the sink with paper towels. Rolling paper is not suitable.
3. Wearing room slippers, when walking from the room to the bathroom area, it is easy to slip on the terrazzo floor. I personally tested the slip twice to see if I can take some measures. It will be troublesome if I slip."
