GGuest UserHands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again.

GGuest UserMy stay at Grand Hyatt Hefei exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic, right above MixC Shopping Mall, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. My high-floor room offered breathtaking views, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Swan Lake – the nightscape was truly dazzling and so calming. The room itself had a lovely Chinese Zen aesthetic, clean and elegant, with comfortable bedding and top-notch facilities (Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet). The service was attentive and thoughtful, warm yet discreet, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was lavish, featuring a great mix of local specialties and international dishes. The high-altitude pool and gym were first-rate, giving a real resort feel. Overall, it was perfect; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei!

There's a large lawn right outside, and the hotel itself is new with excellent facilities. It's very dog-friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and seamless. The complimentary afternoon tea snacks were also quite good. However, the hotel is really only suitable for those driving. It's a few minutes' drive from the entrance to Yefu Mountain, but a long walk. The same applies to other restaurants; they're close by car, but a very long walk.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

PPeter PietroExpress check in and check out. The room on the 16th floor is large. With 2 comfortable beds. A veranda balcony with large sofa. Room with wooden floor, preferred over carpets. I don't have high marks because. Behind the reception there was a group of about 10 people, some of them drunk screaming shirtless. Why didn't hotel security intervene? Shower water does not adjust well. Too hot or too cold. The sink faucet has little water and almost clogged. Connecting to the Internet is too complicated. In other hotels you only need a username and password

GGuest UserThe hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

GGuest UserAfter booking the room, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to make arrangements. Any problems during the stay will be handled by the corresponding staff. The breakfast and lunch are really rich, and 2 adults and 1 child can't finish them. Dinner is ordered, and melon seeds and peanuts are also delivered after dinner. It's so comfortable with a cup of black tea. The farm allows free feeding of small animals, boating, swings, slides, and tents. The children made a ceramic bowl and wrote their names on it. Will the meals be more delicious in the future? 😋, after picking vegetables, I took the rice wine sent by the farm home. I will come again next time when spring comes.
