An excellent experience! **Location:** Very convenient. It's only a 20-minute bullet train ride away, and you can walk to MixC (for all your dining and entertainment needs) in 7-8 minutes. There's also a park nearby for a stroll. **Facilities & Hygiene:** Generally great. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the toilet had smart features. Plenty of coffee capsules, mineral water, and tissues. The gym isn't huge but is very popular. The swimming pool is 8x25 meters; during summer, it's busy with kids' classes, but I highly recommend the massage pool and steam room in the changing area. **Service:** I really commend the service. Mindy was fantastic, promptly connecting with me and offering helpful reminders. I especially loved the beautiful executive lounge environment and the high-quality dishes, which truly elevated the hotel's overall service!

❤️ Most of the hotel staff were very enthusiastic, and they even gave my child a small snack bag when we checked in. Someone also helped us with the elevator. Most of the buffet staff were quite warm and attentive. The bartenders in the executive lounge and the staff member who was in charge of tidying up the afternoon tea dessert area were excellent. The swimming pool is superb! On the day we checked in, the pool attendants during the day – a middle-aged male staff member and a young male staff member – were both incredibly thoughtful! We didn't have swim caps, so they brought us spare ones. They even offered to inflate the swimming ring I bought! ⭕ On the average side: The welcome fruit didn't arrive for a long time on the day of check-in. It only came after I prompted them via WeChat two hours after checking in. ❌ On the negative side: The staff member behind the front desk at the entrance of the executive lounge on the day of check-in was not enthusiastic at all. After we finished eating and left, she acted as if she didn't see us as we walked past her, offering no polite farewell. This made us feel very uncomfortable.

The best hotel during my trip to China. The room was clean, well-organized, and new. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied. The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important. By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff. Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

This was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

Facilities: Very good, easy to use. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is quite nice and comfortable. Service: Proactive, enthusiastic, and very engaging. This is my second time staying here. The transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are excellent.

I stayed at the Funley International Hotel in Hefei's Economic Development Zone, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with Metro Line 7 providing direct access to the hotel. There are plenty of attractions and shopping malls nearby; Huizhou Garden and the Oceanarium are right next door. A two-stop metro ride gets you to Sam's Club, and the Zhengda Plaza and Zhonghuan City offer a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were warm and polite; they even offered bottled water on a hot day. The restaurant's food was delicious, and with three meals included in the room rate, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

Location is very good. I appreciate the hotel taking the initiative to send us various images of where to go to find the hotel. Top marks for that. However the instruction to find the hotel can be improved. For example, 4 images were squeezed into one image and that image cannot be expanded. It is difficult to see the picture to identify the landmarks when one is not familiar with the place. Also instead of saying walk 50m after you exit the glass door and turn left. It turned out that it is more than 50m. A better way would be to say walk till you see the service counter and ask them for direction. The room is clean and good. However, it may not be suitable for guests who can be easily disturbed. The wash basin is outside the bathroom. If one wakes up early to wash up, the other will be disturbed. The surrounding can also be noisy.
