The boss is very good and friendly, he told us how to explore to the fullest, and he told us to eat at opposite as his restaurant is currently under construction and as per him, it will be done by this October. Will definitely back to this place again! Recommend to stay at least one night to catch the sunset, moon, starry night and sunrise! And of course, it will be a good place for short getaway and maybe even a long stay! Really love this. "I can not rate this place highly enough!! Absolutely brilliant stay if you're hiking on the wall. They were welcoming and friendly, the room was huge and super clean, nice hot shower with good pressure. The beds were hard, but I've found that's the same all over China. The hosts arranged a taxi for me in the morning to take me back to Gubeikou station. I would definitely recommend this place and would book again in a heartbeat if I was back in the area!"

"A boutique homestay with a unique courtyard and clean and tidy rooms. If you drive, you can drive into the scenic area and walk to the Great Wall. The room has a large activity space, which is convenient and comfortable. The farmhouse dishes are also delicious. We arrived late and could not cook complicated dishes. We ordered two green vegetables with a very homely flavor. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come here in the future."

"At the beginning it is hard for me to choose even the review is positive, but when I arrive and check in, I totally change my view. The surrounding is cozy, the room are clean with no cigarette odour even they provide ash tray in the room (suggest owner take away the ash tray and put a notice smoke at provider smoking area out side the premises), toilet are bright and water pressure is good (but hope the owner can make a little bit changes for the wiring system of the water heater), the food is tasty and size are too big for solo traveller (suggest to owner set a price for small size for not wasting food), the owner parents are friendly and always give the good service. At night, surrounding is quite and good to rest. it is a walking distance to Jing shang ling tourist center but if planning to do the sunrise walk the owner will provide a transfer service to the entrance at 330am. Overall it is a good choice to stay here."
