"We liked the laundry self-service so much after traveling through different areas in LA for around 10 days. The food for breakfast and daily tea time (happy hours at around 5-7pm) were so tasty. We have to say it is deeply appreciated with a microwave and the whole set of tableware in the room."

"Although the overall space is small, it is hygienic and comfortable. It is clean and I slept well. It is also very close to the shopping mall and within walking distance. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can arrange a leisurely breakfast. The coffee is delicious."

"This was our 2nd year of attending Dark Harbor. We had a larger room this year with a harbor view. The negative things were the amenities. Last year there were no amenities whatsoever and bed bugs. I contacted the management team and let them know what had happened. I was assured that we would be compensated for the problem. Not only were we not compensated but we actually paid more for our room. We are not new to the Halloween 🎃 event. We attended the Shipwreck events the first 10 years it was open with our kids and friends. I am very disappointed that you misrepresented your care of returning passengers. Other than that we are looking forward to next year."
