"The newly opened facilities of this hotel are relatively new, but the front desk will be disgusting and charge more. Various taxes and fees have actually been charged. But if they don't pay attention, they will charge it again and I was deducted $127 in the early morning. Ask them that they said that the system is wrong. Return when checking out but never There is a return. In short, be careful to brush pre-authorization and look at the bill carefully."

"The hotel is an American-style villa divided into apartments. It has a good experience and has a kitchen and refrigerator. The front desk staff are also quite enthusiastic. Recommended. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Long Beach."
"We liked the laundry self-service so much after traveling through different areas in LA for around 10 days. The food for breakfast and daily tea time (happy hours at around 5-7pm) were so tasty. We have to say it is deeply appreciated with a microwave and the whole set of tableware in the room."
"Although the overall space is small, it is hygienic and comfortable. It is clean and I slept well. It is also very close to the shopping mall and within walking distance. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can arrange a leisurely breakfast. The coffee is delicious."
"This was our 2nd year of attending Dark Harbor. We had a larger room this year with a harbor view. The negative things were the amenities. Last year there were no amenities whatsoever and bed bugs. I contacted the management team and let them know what had happened. I was assured that we would be compensated for the problem. Not only were we not compensated but we actually paid more for our room.
We are not new to the Halloween 🎃 event. We attended the Shipwreck events the first 10 years it was open with our kids and friends.
I am very disappointed that you misrepresented your care of returning passengers.
Other than that we are looking forward to next year."
"The hotel is in a good location and has convenient transportation. It is very convenient whether you are traveling to classic attractions or taking a bus to various places.
The hotel has complete facilities and the rooms are clean and spacious.
The hotel's front desk service is also very good. I will stay here again next time I come back."
"I love this hotel. It's pricy but you get free parking and it's by all the shops and the airport. Laundry on site. Very clean. Very nice staff. Bar, lounge. Nice beds. Cool place. "

Very Good
MmichaelfengjiaYou can see the bay, but the view is not very magnificent. The sea view is a bit expensive and not worth it. The price of hotels in this area is very high, and the price/performance ratio is not bad. Parking charges, convenient for eating around.
GGuest UserThe sound insulation of the hotel is relatively poor. There are a lot of sounds outside the door. The service is very good. The location is very good and you can see the holiday lighting facilities opposite. The old four-star facilities are relatively old. I will consider staying again.
GGreat scotT+$25 Hidden Fee********Hidden Fees********$25+
The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 ”Service Fee” which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call Expedia when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.
AAnonymous UserI forgot to take pictures. The filter of the coffee machine was very dirty, so I asked the front desk to help me change a machine or deal with it. Then they changed it to a broken one, and then changed it again, it was still broken... The front desk asked me why it was broken... and said they might not have other machines, and she couldn't do anything. So I replied to her: Sorry, this is not my responsibility... So they cleaned the water tank filter that was taken away and gave it back to me.
XXiaochengshizhanmushiIt's about 10 minutes away from the center, and the surrounding environment is very average. The hotel is unmanned, and no one came to clean the hotel from the four days of check-in to the time of check-out. The style inside is good, very clean, the room is not small, the air is not bad, it's a bit noisy during the day but still quiet late at night, and there are many free movies on TV. The hot water is slow. You can consider using their parking lot. The Bauhinia outside the window is great.
GGuest UserThis is my second stay at this hotel, and I find its location quite convenient. Located right off the 710, it provides easy access to various parts of Los Angeles County. The attached garage is a significant advantage, particularly considering the prevalence of car vandalism in Long Beach. While the rooms lack a touch of luxury, they offer a decent accommodation experience with firm beds. The bathrooms show a hint of age, yet nothing too dramatic. The lobby provides complimentary food and drinks, enhancing the overall experience. In summary, the hotel serves its purpose effectively. I plan to consider it again for my next visit to Long Beach.
GGuest UserLoved the fridge and the microwave that came with the room. The only thing that was an issue was the shower water kept coming out. Yet loved the stay and I would come again if the rates were as cheap as this time. The parking was right outside and I did not have to pay. I would have liked more toilet paper but overall the cost and room was alright for the price.
YYigebuxianghuijiaderenExcept for the online self-service check-in, which is a bit troublesome, everything else is good. All kinds of daily necessities are available, all the windows can be opened, and the scenery outside the window is peaceful and elegant. The room is a 10-minute walk from the beach. There is a marina and a beach on the beach. There is a large supermarket 50 meters away, and there are Japanese and Thai restaurants nearby. The antique building is very interesting. Ctrip's service is so good. I'm worried that the self-service check-in will not be successful. Ctrip's customer service has been helping to follow up.
JJennifer JustusThis hotel really saved my life. Somebody was trying to steal my car and I pulled into the hotel and they welcomed me and they kept me safe. They didn't charge it deposit. They're so sweet and kind. And the rooms are clean and spacious.
I'm staying there again tonight
DDavidGreat location (close to Vons supermarket and not too far from the Convention Centre). But rooms are pretty basic and housekeeping is virtually non-existent. In room air con is extremely noisy. Sheets, pillows and mattress were dirty. Guy at the front desk was very nice - but it is clear the place is run on a shoestring.
I haven't stayed around Long Beach but suspect there are better options for the money.
