When paying the deposit, I paid an additional $75, so I asked what it was and was told that there would be a service charge of $25 per night;; Even when I asked what the service fee was, they kept giving me stupid answers. In the end, I inquired through Trip.com and Trip.com refunded me. The room is just like a motel and there is a strange Southeast Asian guy in the room. I stayed here at a very expensive price because other hotel rooms were fully booked, but it was really bad.

It was a Very beautiful vibe. I also like the decor that they took time in and all the details from the signs all the way down to the on the floor to the wall. I have not yet been upstairs, but my room was very, very nice and it was downstairs. A view was not needed. It was actually more of the hospitality.

I booked for my staff and my staff did not arrive till later in the day. They canceled the booking, however, still charged me for the three days. That is dirty business, and it should be illegal. Absolutely, completely unacceptable.

The room was very small, which was fine, but the bathroom was tiny and looked very low-end. Water pressure was extremely low to the point where I didn’t even think it was high enough to wash my hair. People at the counter were not welcoming and made check-in fairly frustrating with their lack of clear direction about parking, etc. I usually enjoy going to older, historic hotels, so I am comparing this experience to other similar types of hotels.
