Lanyuan Hotel is clean and tidy, and the room smells fragrant. The environment is elegant, warm and comfortable. The front desk and waiter are attentive, attentive and feel at home (especially the front desk clerk Xiao Hu is particularly in place, taking care of customers carefully, warm and considerate). The facilities are complete and the equipment is complete and normal.

The room is very large, the bed in the standard room is 🛏1.4 meters, especially suitable for children. The service has nothing to say, the active service awareness is very strong, take the initiative to fill the water for us, and send handmade yogurt at night, which is great. I will stay here next time.

DiDi ride to the hotel was easy and check-in was smooth. We loved that pedestrian street Zhangye Road was just 150 meters from the hotel and night market Da Zhong Xiang was 500 meters. The hotel has two elevator locations, one right under the sign that says Courtyard Hotel and another one through a small alley on the right side of Bank of Gansu which you will see is situated in the same building as the hotel. Must go to 5th floor for reception. Bathroom amenities and towels were replaced daily. Small issue is some parts of room were dusty, window not cleaned and I wished there was a bidet spray for washing.

The room is very new and automated, the design is reasonable, the wet and dry separation, the breakfast is also delicious, there is no trouble to eat breakfast at the hotel for three days, the service is in place and timely, the response problem is quickly solved, the location is excellent, not far from Ganbo and West Station, the fly in the ointment is that the toilet is too intelligent, The automatic flushing sound is too loud at night, overall very satisfied, will book Mercure next time!

青甘大環線回來後休整一天選擇了寧卧莊，酒店服務特別好，不愧是老牌國賓館，入住當天服務員幫忙拿行李箱送到樓上放間，晚上有一大盤水果，兩個桃子一個特別大的蘋果，還有好多聖女果，兩個酒店自製的精緻的瓷罐酸奶，衞生各方面絕對放心，雖然裝修是老式的，但是屋裡空氣很好，沒有一點異味，實木地板，床品也很舒服，因為蘭州乾燥，房間備有六瓶冰泉水，還貼心的在床頭也放了一瓶，提醒多喝水，酒店是園林式賓館，適合休閑散步，早餐特別豐富，還有牛肉麪和各種甜點，水果蔬菜一看就很新鮮，連白米粥的口感都很好，主要價格不貴，聽説酒店經常有活動房間不好定，很幸運入住了寧卧莊賓館，有機會去蘭州這裏一定是不二選擇。

When we arrived at the restaurant, our card could not be swiped and the restaurant said that our room did not include meals. I had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk! Asked the front desk: The room we booked includes meals, why can’t the card be swiped? After verification, the front desk changed our cards without saying a word of apology! After all this trouble, it was almost 8:50 when I returned to the restaurant again, and many meals were gone. After a while, the restaurant waiter (looking at his clothes, he must be the foreman or leader of the restaurant) began to collect the meals without prompting the guests whether they needed additional meals! The service at the front desk and restaurant was so speechless! I carefully selected a hotel for half a day and the service was like this. I will never come here again!

It was the fourth time I took the children, and I was generally satisfied. Breakfast is buffet, there are not many varieties of dishes, it is OK. The room service was very good. I asked the children for a bathrobe disposable slippers. I sent it soon. During the period, I forgot to take the room card when I went out. I quickly opened the door and picked up the card. After soaking in the hot spring at night, I found that there was no conditioner in the bathroom when I took a bath, and it was not convenient to ask for it again, even if it was. There are not many body soaps, and our family of three is almost gone after washing it alive. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures this time.

The hotel is on the edge of the Yellow River, and the airport bus stop is nearby. It is about 2 kilometers away from the subway station, and it is very convenient to ride in Lanzhou. In order to run the marathon, the Olympic Sports Center is on the other side of the river. It takes about half an hour to walk. The distance is not close, but there will be no traffic jams when traveling.
