"Facilities: The facilities were excellent. I had brought my own filtered shower head but didn't even need it, as the hotel already provided one.
Cleanliness: The bed sheets and duvet covers were very clean, with no strange odors.
Environment: Walking in, the room felt very spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Both the bedroom and bathroom were quite large, so it didn't feel cramped at all. I was traveling with my two mothers this time, and they both commented on how comfortable the beds were.
Service: I had added the host's WeChat before the trip, and communication was seamless in Chinese throughout. Any issues were resolved immediately, which made for a great experience."

"It's a good place. Next to KL Monorail Tun Sambanthan station. There is some noise pollution at this point of time, which I believe due to some construction activity.
On a personal note, I accidentally left my McD/McDonald's mug in the room. Sad."

There were no cotton pads, no bathrobes, and only two towels for a room meant for two people, which felt insufficient given there was a pool. "Nice location, just one road beside Jalan Alor and very near Bukit Bintang MRT. I didn’t get to try the breakfast because I couldn’t wake up early. The hotel provides luggage storage and a resting area at the lobby, with welcome drinks available. Highly recommended for family or solo travellers who prefer to stay around Bukit Bintang.
However, the room doesn’t have a main ceiling light, only a few table lamps, which are not bright enough. It feels quite dim at night. I stayed for two nights, on the second day, the room service came in the evening, but I didn’t let them clean the room since it was my rest time."

"For a hotel of its size, the facilities are excellent. The subway is just two blocks away, an easy and pleasant walk. You'll know you've arrived once you spot the parking lot. The reception point is downstairs; you don't even need to enter the main building. Just find a spot to wait by the entrance, give them a call, and someone will promptly come out to check you in and give you your key card. They offer phone support in Chinese, which was very helpful for me as my English isn't great, but the entire process and communication were seamless. Check-in itself was efficiently handled via a few simple steps on WeChat. Elevator access requires a key card swipe before selecting your floor. The top floor offers fantastic views – remember to bring your swimsuit! The only minor drawback is that the walls are a bit thin; light sleepers might want to bring headphones or earplugs. Overall, very clean."

"Our 1st staycation at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar hotel. The check in process was smooth. They even offered check in service through WhatsApp. Good approach.Here details of my review:
Location: In the middle of Bangsar town nearest to UM. Easy to find
Parking: Free parking
Room: Requested for room decorations but just a towel wrapped like a cake. I'm a little bit disappointed. However the room was spacious for my family. 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The toilet has a bathtub and is very clean.
Breakfast: breakfast spread quite well. Many options include Malay,. Chinese and Indian cuisine. Roti canai was freshly prepared, served with delicious dhal and chicken curry. I hope traditional kuih like talam, kuih karipap, ketayap can be served.
Swimming pool: they provide different pools for kids and adults which is very good. Not too deep. But the parents should still monitor closely.
Check out: they offered a late check out until 1pm. We really appreciated it.
Recommended for staycation with your Little family."

Friendly staff and checking in process was so smooth except only 1 receptionist at counter and it does took a long time. Literally you can hear sound from next door and couldnt get a proper sleep due to noise from next door.

MMD ABDURI stayed at Oasia Suites from 25th to 28th. I arrived around 12 PM, but since check-in is at 3 PM, I requested early check-in. They allowed it but charged 200 RM, which I paid. Unfortunately, no staff assisted me on the way to the room.
After one day, I found water leaking in both rooms from the AC units, which was very disappointing given the price. Service cleaned it up, but it shouldn’t have happened.
The location is good, but the breakfast was average—about 40 RM, with limited food and variety. Overall, not a satisfying experience for the cost.

MMalachySVery affordable and clean hotel. Hotel was close to the monorail and made it easy to get around. Breakfast everyday was plentiful and delicious to suit many tastes. I had lunch in the restaurant on the day I left the hotel and it didn’t disappoint. I would certainly recommend this hotel. The rooftop pool was great. Pity it closes at 7pm.
