Hotels in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

The room was clean, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was abundant. I stayed here for over 20 days with my daughter while she was studying English nearby, and we had a very pleasant stay. The surrounding area is also very convenient.

The hotel accomodate to my request for decoration perfectly! Thanks for that. The only complain i have, the parking is not free for hotel guest, it was on a flat rate of rm3.71. And the hotel lift was quite slow for a building that has so many floor, so you will end up waiting for a while everytime for the lift. Other than that, the room and toile was spacious. Bathtub was really big. However, wished there was a bathrobe, and for the slipper to be thicker..

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Very good location for anyone going to Solaris Mont Kiara. Only 5mins walk! Cozy environment, clean and friendly staff. Just the parking is quite limited when u have bunch of friends staying together but with more than 1cars, maybe should provide cheaper parking rates.

Fun & relaxing

Since shopping at popular mall in KL is not this trip objective so we booked somewhere out of traffic jam belt. The place is conveniently located among a lot of food joints good restaurants and a few not bad massage parlours. It has a good clean security not bad carpark meant for guests FOC. And grab is convenient and fast within 20min thereabout to PJ and Bukit Bintang. 🤓 it is apartment like and with basic service. Hence the low mark for service and amenities.

Everything was great, owner reply fast and solve every issues. Even with the neighbor singing around midnight hour the owner responded to my message fast and have the cleaner complaining to the neighbor to stop the karaoke. But there’s two things I didn’t got the chance to tell the owner. First the AC in the master bedroom is not cold enough and making a lot of noises. Secondly the remote control button for Netflix has to change as I have to press it a couple times sometimes hard on the down button for it to react. But so far everything went great during my stay and plan to come back next year October again for my stay.

숙소가 깔끔하고 청소가 잘 되어있어요. 호스트도 친절하고 좋아요. 루프탑 수영장 수질도 좋고 옆에 레스토랑이 있어서 저녁에 술 마시기 좋아요.

I stayed here to visit one of the clinic nearby. Location 5/5 surrounded by alot of different restaurants,cafe and minimart within walking distance. The registration counter located in the 24hour supermart at the lobby. Service 5/5 by the foreign staff and the registration staff named Ali.Everything smooth and easy,a very pleasant experience. Facilities 5/5 gym,clean and huge infinity swimming pool，co-worker room and playground.Room equipped with microwave,TV,heater,build-in induction cooker,washing machine,range hood and water boiler. Amenities 5/5 Cutleries,bowls,cutting board,glasses and pot all provided. Cleanliness:Can’t even find any dust in the room qnd the cleaners are polite. Small advice for the owner:everything is perfect ,can provide tissue pack in the room. Overall,happy staycation ～
