"Always come here, it is our favourite hotel in Krakow and has good acces to the city center, the traveler type is really for anyone, families, couples, businesses travellers, brilliant rooms, good bar, and the service is top notch. Would highly recommend."
"The location is brilliant, just a short walk from the Old Town Square. The hotel offers great value for money, and everything is clean and modern. The only downside was the bedding — the duvet was a bit too small for two people, and an extra pillow or two would have been appreciated. Overall, though, it was a great stay and I would recommend it."
"It is very close to the railway station and easy to get in and out. Hotel breakfast is also very good. The waiter at the front desk was rather indifferent and gave us a room with a separate bathroom and room. Didn't understand why it was designed in this way? Could it be that guests were asked to wear pajamas and go to the corridor to another bathroom. The older waiter at the front desk insisted on showing us this room and showing her the room type photos shown in Ctrip's booking record. Later, through Ctrip, we negotiated with the hotel in time before changing to another room. Other services of the hotel are very good."
"We booked because of the good reviews, but I cannot agree with the reviews. The location is good, you are not directly in the city now but after a few minutes walk you reach the old town. The room was quite small but well furnished. Had been waiting a little more on the basis of the pictures. Unfortunately, we found hair from our bed at the arrival. In the shower was black fungus and the shower head dropped uninterrupted. I noticed it but, except for an excuse from the lady at the reception, I heard nothing more. I found very sorry."

"Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer."
"Fantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!"
"The room is large and clean, but the kitchen utensils are very simple, the pot is small and can only cook noodles for two. There was no one at the counter after 4 o'clock, so I could only call and ask for the password to enter the gate. There is a nice coffee dessert shop downstairs, and the ice cream is delicious! Because it is a weekend check-in, there is no charge for the car to find a place on the side of the road to park that night."
"Great rooms, whole hotel very clean and newly refurbished.
Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.
Beds were comfy, air con great, bathroom excellent. Love the walk in shower!
You can walk north west through the parks, to the main square in ten minutes, or south east to the Jewish quarter.
Only slight issue is that the breakfast was...... OK. Not wonderful. After a few days, we always headed out for breakfast.
There's plenty of electric scooters and bikes for hire at the end of the street, you'll need the app for these."

Great
GGuest UserDoubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.
GGuest UserExcellent location, comfortable hotel, beautiful room
Unfortunately, room 105 is not quiet because the air conditioner is too noisy and to complete the noise of the tram rails located in a short distance continued to feel, Until midnight, and then it took over around six, and even though you weren't very much in the room during the day, the evening and early morning it became intolerable, sometimes it was also trembling the room.
Excellent breakfast with little sweet for us Italians
By changing the room I would advise him lively
GGuest UserPerfect stay in centre of Old Town only 2 min walk to Town Square. Very professional staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb underground luxurious Spa. We chose an internal room overlooking the restaurant rooftop - the room was absolutely perfect for us being so quiet and a comfy king-size bed. High quality furnishings with beautiful bedding and good choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower complemented the quality of the room.
This hotel is pure luxury with a high quality finish which we could not fault.
There are so many restaurants on the door step we decided to sample as many as possible around the old Town rather than use the hotel breakfast and dinner options.
I've travelled with corporate brand hotels for many years with work and I really don't see any advatange of point rewards when you find private hotels to this standard at very competitive prices. The corporate chain hotels are also out of the old town area, so it makes this hotel a perfect choice. I will certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
GGuest UserSolid hotel which is close to the city center. The interior is older but kept well. The bed was good. Free WIFI was there, on site parking in the courtyard. Breakfast had very tasty scrambled eggs. Not obercooked.
Good hotel for my overnight roadtrip stay.
GGuest UserLet's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo)
You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker.
Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up.
On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean.
For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.
一一條咸魚This youth hostel is in good overall performance, cost-effective, reasonable price, very suitable for backpackers. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the castle attractions, and there is a bus stop directly downstairs to the salt mine, which is very convenient. The accommodation was in good sanitation and the bathroom was clean and tidy, although located outside the room, and comfortable to use. The breakfast was satisfactory, with hot tea, coffee and milk, providing a good start to the day. However, the fly in the ointment is that there is no water dispenser in the Youth Hostel, and you need to go to the convenience store downstairs to buy bottled water. The only unpleasant experience was that when I first arrived, the counter staff asked me to pay, but in fact, I had already completed the payment on the booking platform and took time to explain and verify. Overall, it is still a worthy choice of accommodation.
SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.
AAnonymous Userit was a nice hotel to stay overall.
the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink.
as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming.
and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train.
besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆
and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁
and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light.
thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.
DdelThe location was Amazing , I can see the central square from my room . Really few steps no from everything. Well equipped room , with kettle , mug , soluble coffe and tea . I love this kind of stuff in the room . The bathroom, the shower was clean and new . The receptionist nice . The breakfast is weel filled ..you can chose between salty and sweet stuff .
You can find everything you need there . ☺️ Widly suggested
GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
