GGuest UserThis is a quaint little guest house in the old town , it does not have a lift so no good to people with mobility problems , they supply towels and shower gel and there is tea and coffee in the room , there is a small fridge in the communal area, but nothing to cook on not even a microwave no plates etc, for a room only I did expect more facilities, my room was not in the main building but over looking a bar courtyard , this was very noisy in the evening, also someone started drilling early every morning, ideal as a base, quite dated but clean and reception staff friendly

GGuest UserOstello non lontano dalla stazione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, bagno in comune pulito e nella stanza l’essenziale per dormire. Mancano le tovaglie per il bagno ma al costo di un’euro le puoi affittare. Dotato di una cucina comune ben fornita di tutto quello che serve per preparare sfiziose cene o pranzi. Dotato anche di una sala tv ben equipaggiata di poltrone e tavoli.

SshadyalisaadI've arrived at Das Hostel on 20th of October, a long stay for me. To be honest I choose it for the price and for the private shuttle from the airport since I was arriving too late at night. The guys from the staff have been so kind since I contacted them by email, and they're still great here and always available for any help! The location is just perfect, a few steps from the city centre, in a very beautiful and well served area, love it! The place is clean and very well organized, the kitchen is equipped with every kind of stuff and is so nice to cook here :) Last, but not least, the guys are very careful with hygienic rules and keep the place clean everyday, makes us feeling really safe! As I said in the title, I feel at home 😊

PPipouDevThe hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the old town and in front of a bus stop, and it is a convenient location. The reception is open 24/24 and it is possible to have swabs against a caution. Furthermore, the rooms are clean and spacious. The communs are also of an impeccable cleanness, they are washed every day! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable.

The hostel is in a great location in the city, the rooms were very clean, and so were the beds. Everyone got their own large locker. I had to move rooms due to a large group staying on my third night. The first floor was quite modern. When I was moved to the third floor, I noticed that the toilets were not as nice and were shared with a lot more rooms compared to the first room I stayed in.

MMu-go一般的なホテルの広い敷地内にあるホステルで、チェックインなどはすべてホテル側でします。徒歩1分くらいです。ホステルはとても清潔でベッドもしっかりとした快適なベッドでした。
シャワールームやトイレも清潔です。グランドフロアが個室タイプ、2階がドミトリーのようです。私が滞在した時はゲストがかなり少なく大変静かで快適に過ごすことができました。
初日はグランドフロアに3組ほどのゲストがいたので廊下での声や足音が聞こえてきたり、トイレの使い方が悪かったのか不潔でした。2日目3日目はグランドフロアが貸切状態だったので静かでトイレも清潔でした。
困ったのはヘアドライヤーがなかったことです。シャワールームにも部屋にもなく貸し出しもしていないため、シャワー後は自然乾燥必須です。長い髪の毛の人は風邪を引かないように気を付けてください。
建物は入るとすぐに暖かく、部屋もとても綺麗で暖かかったです。半袖で過ごすことができます。リネン交換は依頼すればしてくれます。私は一式もらっておいて好きなタイミングで自分で交換しました。
ホテル側に行けばティーサービスがありましたが、なぜか3日目になくなっていました。レセプションでお湯をもらいました。レセプションスタッフさんはとても親切です。
公共交通機関から遠い、とありましたがクラクフ中央駅（Kraków Glowny）から125番のバスに乗るとほぼホテルの目の前に到着してかなり便利です。トラムよりも125のバスが近くて便利です。トラムでもバスでも料金はPLN4です。
またクラクフに滞在するならここに泊まります。とても良かったです。

VvrnvlizzzzA terrible attitude to the guests and complete irresponsibility. Booked the hostel through the booking, paid, everything was good. arrived at check in and the hostel turned out to be closed. No one answered the door, the phone was turned on, where the girl said ”hi” and nothing more. I was standing under the hostel and called half an hour on the phone number and did not get the answer, and the host never opened after the quarantine, and the owners decided to earn. The next day, I decided to call again on the phone number of the host and already very quickly picked up the phone of a young man who said he was the manager and claimed the host was working and the settlement was in them that day and they were functioning fully. The young man was not polite and qualified to work with guests. The young man ended up saying that it was not his competence to solve the problem. Living in Krakow for a long time, I had not had such cases for the first time, so I decided to go check whether the host worked on the same day as the conversation with the manager took place. The host was closed and no one opened that proves that the hosts earn during the situation, deceived people. If you don't want to stay on the street and don't know the city, don't use the services of this host! I don't recommend!

KKarolina/Everything is almost perfect, but this time the room I received is very small and reserved a ”guest room”. The floor of the room may have been carpeted instead of tiles (in winter, the floor is cold). The view outside the window was not overwhelming, just like some customers complained that the yard was full of trash cans...so the service was okay afterwards.

GGuest UserBoth the check-in and checkout process were easy and the people were very helpful. However, the reason why I’m rating so low is because the entire hostel had a very disgusting smell to it and the worst was the bed I was staying in had a really distinct odor, it was almost like the most disgusting humans body odor you’ve ever smelt. This smell lingered on everything that touched that bed for a few days after until I could get a washing machine. The place was very loud & the people in the hostel were not very respectful in this sense of sound and they kept slamming the doors everywhere. If you enjoy a hostel just as a place to stay then you’ll fit in perfect here, but be aware of your nose and your ears. Also the common areas were very dark and not well lit so it felt uninviting in the whole building

GGuest UserGreat Hostel walking distance from the city center. Garden is fabulous to barbecue but only available when the weather is nice. Free Tea, Coffee available 24/7. Just be at home and enjoy the hospitality. Parties possible in the garden when behaving normal.
