"Helpful desk. Clean room. Comfortable bed. However the water pump was a bit spoilt but did not affect my bathing. Parking is free until 1 Sept 2025 which will charge RM1 per entry. Gym access at believe fitness at Ksl esplanade mall next door to get complimentary voucher from front desk. Overall satisfied."

"Book this hotel for its location for attending class nearby. The booking was easy with Trip.com at a very good price. Only street parking is available for this hotel. There are many different restaurants (Chinese, Western, Korean, deseert bar) and a few pubs around this area. Selected a twin-bed room with a window. The room looks clean and neat. Just the naminated flooring is not in good shape. There is a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, but no fridge. The toilet amenities are complete with body and hair shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cab, and razor. All our daily hygiene needs are here. Hence, save the hassle of bringing it. The front desk staff is friendly too. Overall, I was happy with the booking and the stay in this hotel"
