The location was very strategic. Very near to port klang KTM station. Can reach by walking distance. Room was nice n air cond quite good. So comfy. Toilet good n clean. Easy to check in n check out. Staff was friendly

i can say confidently that this is the worse experience in my entire life the place is a dumpster honestly the receptionist is as arrogant and hostile as it can be the first room i was offered was horrible stains all over the bed (including lipstick marks ) towels used bathroom not cleaned after the previous client and the garbage bin was full when i complained to the receptionist he offered me a room with no window and no other options the bed was still stained and dirty (i did spend the night scratching myself ) the bathroom is impossible to use Tv not functional and i had to switch off the aircon because the noise was so loud this place does not deserve to be on trip.com platform honestly BIG BIG disappointment
