"Our overall experience at the hotel was great. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and clean. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. We had initially booked tickets for 'Jiuzhai Romance Park' through the front desk, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were able to get a smooth refund. Since our child loves apples, the kind lady at the front desk even gave us an extra serving for free – the service was truly excellent. After 10 PM, there's a free, unlimited late-night snack service delivered right to your room. We didn't use any of the other hotel facilities, so I can't comment on those."

The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so soft and comfy – I instantly relaxed when I lay down. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly through the night. The location is super convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast had a good variety, and I left feeling full. The cleaning staff were also very considerate and responded quickly to requests. Absolutely great value for money, I felt so at ease and comfortable during my stay. This will be my top choice when I come here, I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive. It was a cold, rainy afternoon when we arrived, and they thoughtfully brought us two bottles of warm mineral water. Shortly after, they sent up a snack platter. The next day, there was a minor, inconsequential hiccup, and to apologize, they sent up a large plate of freshly washed cherries 🍒. We're so grateful for their warm hospitality! The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is close to the scenic spots but not directly on the main road, so it's very quiet. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, which is incredibly convenient. Definitely a five-star rating!"

"It was okay, I booked it for a little over a hundred yuan. Parking was really convenient, and there were plenty of rooms inside. Breakfast was provided in the morning, with congee, steamed buns, milk, and bread. They even offer a shuttle service to tourist attractions in the mornings. The hotel's surroundings make it super easy to find places to eat and shop."

Environment: The guesthouse is a traditional Tibetan-style dwelling, which is very unique. The room has a terrace, so on good weather days, you can enjoy the surrounding mountain views and sunbathe, and at night, you can stargaze. Service: Free ******* and Hanfu clothing for cultural experience. In the morning, the owner arranges a car to take you to the entrance of the scenic area, which is very thoughtful. "The owner provided excellent service; they were very kind and thoughtful. They called to ask about our arrival time and turned on the heating for us in advance. The room facilities were great, with good heating and a very effective electric blanket. However, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant across the street that the owner suggested 😂. The food was just average, and the service was very slow. While it might be cheaper than the popular spots on Xiaohongshu, we only tried the stir-fries, so I can't comment on the hotpot. Overall, this guesthouse is still highly recommended!"

"On a business trip to Chengdu, I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jiuzhaigou. I got off the high-speed train in a T-shirt and shorts and was absolutely freezing. After the hotel arranged a business car to pick me up, the owner personally drove me to buy clothes and a windbreaker. He even picked me up again after I finished eating and took me back to the hotel. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful! I'd love to go back again."

"This was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our Gannan trip. We arrived in Jiuzhaigou at 11 PM after driving from Zhagana with our children. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful; she offered me a cup of hot water and, seeing that we each had a child, even provided us with extra breakfast vouchers. The breakfast, packed for us to take back to our rooms, was clean, hygienic, and beautifully presented. The owner was truly exceptional, even helping us book tickets for the Jiuzhai Qianguqing show and ensuring we got excellent seats. Should I ever visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel. Wishing the owner continued success!"
