The accommodation is near the university, but the road is quite narrow. When there are cars coming in the opposite direction, you have to be extra careful. There is a lot of parking available. Overall is ok.

The room looks new, the bed is soft, big, comfortable, but it's a little difficult to clean. There are still hair scraps and the floor still has marks and dust. Overall, it's well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. I would like to have a hair dryer added. But the room is new. This price is very worthwhile.

Went to rest during the assistant exam. The hotel is near Kaen Nakhon School, walking distance to the exam in a chill way.
Around the hotel there are Topsdaily, 7-11 and many restaurants. Don't be afraid to starve at all.
Most importantly, the hotel is very new. The room is clean, super comfortable, the TV is Smart TV, open Youtube Netflix, enjoy, sleep well every night. Worth the price If there is a chance to come to Khon Kaen again, will come to stay again.

The Chada Veranda is an honest mid-range, centrally located hotel, in Khon Kaen City, Isaan, Thailand. This guest-friendly accommodation option, was suggested to me, by a fellow expat and glad I followed the advice, as I really enjoyed my short stay here. Highlights being the economical and hearty breakfast, as well as the magnificent pool. My room was spacious with a big comfortable bed and an excellent television set-up, too. Well pleased with decision to stay awhile at the Hotel Chada Veranda (see my YouTube), in downtown Khon Kaen.

From the time we arrived until we departed, we were treated to five star service from all the employees and student employees! The room was very clean, the bed was big and soft.
The bathroom is clean, but there are still black stains left in the nooks and crannies.
But I would like to complain a little bit about the water system. If you adjust it to hot water, it tends to be boiling water, but when you adjust it to cold water, the water flows very gently.
Overall, it's good and clean.

Facing the road is a bit noisy. Breakfast is also very simple. In the back, the room facing the lake is not bad. Um, the restaurant kitchen is good at ordering craftsmanship, for dinner. What I miss is the chef's craftsmanship.

The breakfast is delicious. The staff is smiling. The fitness room is clean. Overall, it is good, except for the dust and hair.

DdanthetravellerSituated in the city center and proximity to many things from 7-11 to restaurants, this hotel is a place I’d recommend if you must come to Khon Kaen because it’s a nice option and the staff were very helpful and hospitable.

CConfirmed-ExplorerWe visited Kohn Kaen in December 2019 for the slik festival. We had an excellent stay at Hotel La Villa. The room was modern, clean and well-equipped, and had a nice view of the koi pond. The service was very good. Khun Bee, speaks excellent English, and she really went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was nice. We especially liked the tropic fruit which was served. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

PpazhoschA bit off the center (1,5-2 km), closer (15 minutes walk) to the city lake, so recommended if you either like to walk (the area is local but safe and nice, some budget hotels around but nearly zero foreigners), have a vehicle, or would like to take a Grab taxi every time. Rooms are basic, but large, clean, and more than OK considering the price. There's an elevator so going up won't be a problem even for older people. Small area to sit in front of the reception (but away from the main street as it's kind of ”inside” the building) is nice. Wi-Fi is good. The staff speaks very limited English, but probably it won't be a major problem if you've reached Khon Kaen at the first place. There's a nice Chinese temple across the road, Big C mini, 7 eleven and some local restaurants are not far away (5-7 minutes walk), for more options, head towards the lake. Overall, liked this place and would stay again if in Khon Kaen.

However, the room looks just TOO plain and ordinary - no artwork, no painting, no different colours - simply boring! It's as if most of the $ have been spent on the external looks and the beautiful rooftop, so there's not enough $ to decorate the rooms. The hotel also looks like it's still undergoing renovation, especially in the rooftop dining area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bathing area is small, and instead of a glass door, a cheap plastic shower screen is used - seriously? I also find not much thoughts have been given to the practicality of the design of the bathroom - the shower head faces the shower screen, thus splashing water all over the floor. Both bathroom and room are also dim. Language-wise, the staffs are not very proficient in English. The hotel is also situated very close to the Khon Kaen Lake, as well as walking distance to the famous temple - Wat Phra Mahathat. Food-wise, there are also some eateries and restaurants around, including a 7-Eleven. (Note: Dining at the rooftop is not expensive, so it's a good idea to enjoy the night view from the roof while dining too.) Room-wise, the room I had faced the afternoon sun, which makes it extra hot. Air-conditioning is also not very cold. Sadly, internet is spotty - most of the time slow, and one frequently loses connection.

119636638It's a nice small hotel. It's just that the road is a bit hard to find. It's quiet and warm. The store service is very good. Breakfast has been ordered and delivered to the door of the room at an appointed time.
