"Also this hotel decorated classic style but everything good , good location close to minimart, Market, Night Market, Convenient from Airport and bus station, Sleeping well quality, pillows, bed , amenities all well , Breakfast both Thai style, boiled rice, and American breakfast, with special Vietnamese bread and egg pan , delicious and hygienic foods,, if you looking for a hotel in Khon Kaen city center, this hotel is a good choice to select."

"We enjoyed our short stay and found the hotel to be in a great location with very nice facilities overall. There were only a few minor areas where we felt improvements could be made. At the Chinese restaurant, while the waitress was friendly and polite, the service could have been more attentive—for example, by checking on the table more regularly and clearing empty plates. The restaurant was not busy at the time of our reservation, with only three tables occupied, so this seemed manageable. The reception staff were also pleasant; however, there was some confusion regarding our late check‑out. Our booking through Trip.com included late check‑out until 2:00 pm yet were told at the beginning that we could have late checked out (we stayed at 1117 and 1122 between April 18-19). So i had to show our booking confirmation , however we were told that since they have the next reservations, the hotel told us that only one of our two rooms could have this benefit. Given that the hotel was not busy that day—and we were informed by staff that occupancy had been low since Songkran—we were a bit surprised. In the end, one room was approved for late check‑out until 2:00 pm and the other until 1:00 pm. While the difference was minimal, we felt that, under the circumstances, both rooms could have been accommodated as per the booking entitlement. What our children enjoyed most was the wonderful staff member on duty at the club lounge. She was consistently warm, smiling, and welcoming throughout our stay, and very kind even when our three children were a bit noisy. I want to acknowledge her for her great hospitality, and want to express our big thank you to her for taking such great care of our family—it truly made our stay more enjoyable in such a short period of time. We will sure come back and hopefully our feedback could be taking into consideration. Thanks :)"

"Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center, Khon Kaen — A Well-Maintained Classic with Excellent Service We stayed at the Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center in Khon Kaen from Friday through Sunday, booking a Deluxe Double Room with breakfast via Trip.com. Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete. Pros • Friendly, attentive staff and excellent service. • Very clean rooms with quality linens and towels. • Convenient central location near restaurants, cafes, Central Mall, and night markets. • New 43” Smart TV with easy streaming setup. • Great on-site gym with modern equipment. • Beautiful pool area and affordable, professional wellness center. • Easy parking and quick, efficient check-in and checkout. Cons • Slippers unavailable during our stay. • Limited poolside seating. • Instant coffee at breakfast; espresso drinks cost extra. • Room design leaves large unused space. Overall verdict: Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center remains one of Khon Kaen’s most dependable and well-run hotels. It balances old-school Thai hospitality with modern amenities and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming stay in the heart of the city."

"A roadside hotel for one night. Breakfasts are very meager, but you will manage to eat something. In general, the hotel is of average neglect. Keep in mind that there is a festival site nearby, and if you are lucky enough to be in the hotel on Friday or a holiday, your room will be shaken by the roar of music until at least midnight."

"Nice hotel in silent place. 10 min walk to local night market. Place to park car. Rooms is clean and good for short stay. It has some internal pool but it does not work after sunset. Overall nice for 1-2 day stop in Khon Kaen during car trip."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had good facilities but no extra facilities like a pool or gym. Rooms are spacious. No breakfast on site, but Khon Kaen hotel is next door and their buffet was very good with proper coffee and everything. The location is very central. Only 3 kms from the Natural History museum! Overall I was very satisfied. I want to stay there again!"

"It was a very clean place with a very large kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and a good size—I loved it. The quilt/cover and pillows were clean, and the towels were very clean as well. The room has a balcony and is a very good size, with plenty of storage. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and well designed. It would be perfect for a family with kids. The air conditioning is in a perfect position, with no cold air blowing directly onto your face while sleeping. There is also a good breakfast area. The staff team are very friendly. I would give this place 10 out of 10. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again."

L2 Premium Hotel, 88/223 Laonadee 6 Road, about a 300-meter walk, opposite Kaennakorn School. **Excellent Service:** My friend had an upset stomach. I called the front desk, and they offered charcoal tablets and oral rehydration salts, which was very kind. However, they said they'd bring them up in 30 minutes, but it was silent, so I had to go down myself because my friend couldn't wait any longer. When I went down, I saw two staff members idle, which was a little disappointing."

"Great location and room variety—just mind the hallway noise! We had a pleasant stay and booked three different room types for our group: a Family room (1 Queen + 1 Single), a Twin room, and a Double. The room sizes were quite acceptable—neither too small nor overly spacious, making them a comfortable ”middle ground.” The location is another major highlight. It’s very convenient for exploring on foot, with plenty of local eateries nearby. It is also not a far trip to the Central Shopping Mall, which was a big plus for us. The only real drawback was the soundproofing. The walls/doors seem a bit thin, as we could clearly hear people chatting or walking by in the hallway. Fortunately, the foot traffic was light during our stay, so it wasn't a constant issue, but it’s something to consider if you are a light sleeper!"
