"Parking in the underground parking lot is very convenient. Talk to the front desk when you check out. There is no charge when you leave the garage. The hotel lobby is not bad, the rooms are relatively old, but the hotels in the central cities of the United States are almost not old. The room was quite large, the air conditioning was very noisy, and when it didn't stop, the cold wind was blown for a while and the hot wind was blown for a while. I booked a room with breakfast, but at the end of the day breakfast was still charged separately, and I was drunk. The quality of reception staff at the reception varies, and there are a few female receptionists who come here for a while, business operations are unskilled, and their attitudes are very general."
"Very nice room , good price and close to CPK stadium ( we came for a KC Current game)and other points of interest. Also close to dining options and had good on site parking. Accommodated our requests for river view and early check-in."
"I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Food at the hotel restaurant was a treat to the palate. Would stay there again. It was close to public transportation, we did not need our vehicle to go to nearby attractions!"
"This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it.
The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice."
"The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius. "
"The sanitation and service of the hotel are good, and no cleaning was done after staying for three nights. The hotel quilt is not a quilt cover, it is two sheets put together. The hotel does not provide slippers, you can ask the front desk for toothpaste and toothbrush. The hotel is very close to the country club plaza. It is convenient for shopping. There are Internet celebrity jacks barbecue restaurant, bolin Chinese restaurant, and cheesecake factory next to it. It is recommended to walk for about 15 minutes to the Nelson Museum."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding and the facilities were beautiful. We shared a meal at the breakfast and it was quite nice."
"I specially chose this hotel which is the closest to Nelson Art Gallery. The elevator is old, but the room is very new with advanced facilities, complete and clean. The bed is very comfortable.
The gym is on the third floor, and the treadmill is next to the window. There are traces of Sheraton logo on the glass of the gym, and I know who its predecessor is 😁 The swimming pool is half outside and half outside, which is a hot tub.
Free parking, you can enter and exit the parking lot by swiping the room card.
There are two types of breakfast: buffet and menu. Classic food, standard."
"Highly recommended, the room is large and clean! Close to the city center, great service!
Worth recommending, quiet, the breakfast is super big and delicious! Will stay here again next time!"

Very Good
GGuest UserVery satisfied with the stay, the hotel has just been renovated, about 5-10 minutes walk from the union station, turn left from the station gate and turn left, you can see it from afar, very conspicuous. The front desk is on the 2nd floor. If the night arrives too late, you need to press the intercom outside the main entrance of the 1st floor to let the front desk open. A few front desks are very welcoming, not a super metropolis hotel is not the same. Breakfast is similar to other hotels, that is, many things need to be heated by themselves, which is very interesting. There is also a canteen at the front desk, and snacks are big. My room is equipped with a microwave and a large fridge. The windows in the room need to be opened before the main power switch of the door is opened. When I left, let the front desk help me find the rental, and the rental fee was reasonable, very good.
최최Thank you for the hotel room service team and the hotel franchise for giving you a happy experience during your business trip.
I was surprised at the neat room.
GGuest UserThe friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended
XXiaoCdedajieshixiaoQVery good. First of all, the location is good, close to Nelson Museum and Keeper, and close to Country Club Plaza, all within 10 minutes' walk. There is a shuttle bus to the Plaza. The room is quite big, new, and standard. There is a Starbucks downstairs. Overall good.
GGuest UserThis hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area.
I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks!
Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.
GGuest UserStay was ok for one night. Not a great example of a 21C in my opinion. Room was clean and spacious, but literally 3 steps away from elevator so I heard the ”ding” all night, and the bar dumped their glass bottles into a dumpster outside, on the same side as rooms, which was very loud. I had to call to get shampoo and soap, as there were none in room when I checked in. Drinks in bar are phenomenal - they are truly artists - and was the highlight of the stay.
GGuest UserThis was indeed a Comfort Inn. It gave me some comfort, and the carpet had an interesting low-budget business-traveler vibe. Reader, it was a Comfort Inn.
ZZhongzhoufengyujiHow to say it, this hotel is quite interesting, that is, everything is available, but it is not a particularly high quality thing, it is like the kind of small goods bought at night, you can say that he has no function, he even gave you a coffee pot (can be used as a hot water bottle, In América, it really feels like the world), and then bathing soap shampoo is also available (no toothbrush slippers, but much better than hotels at the same price in New York, there are four coffee black tea, back to China); You said that he is all-in-one, it is indeed the degree of use, the decoration is also very general, it is like hanging on the pass network is crumbling, but it is indeed passed, and it is a bit strangely intimate
Regarding the location, I went to the art gallery, so I felt very convenient. I walked for 15 minutes. There were residential areas along the way, grass house, no problem; But the main entrance of the hotel seems to be a main road. I stayed in on Saturday night. There were people racing at a little more than a clock. The engine rang so loudly. People who mind very much pay attention (I am fine.
Regarding breakfast, see the picture, basically all the categories I can get except yogurt. I don’t pick this price anyway. See the acceptance level.
