Yes & yes. You received a non smile face & three stars because some minor issues bothered me. I asked they not clean the room & they did. I asked for late check out, they agreed but then the FOB didn’t work. The cleaning crew room was next door & the cleaners were talking loudly. There was a woman (blonde hair, early 30s) who appeared to the “head person” & I voiced these issues to her. She was VERY pleasant & professional & I believe future customers will not have redundant problems. I’m not ****** in any way shape or form & did not state this to “head person” because others were present, but there were multiple times (asking questions on local food / convenience store / etc) when talking to the front desk attendants it was clear there was a language barrier. Please take this criticism of front desk as a polite way of saying simple questions about surrounding area took extra effort & I ended looking things up myself. The staff attempted, was professional but things like this are frustrating.
