"Super new, super clean and very cost-effective accommodation. I will stay here again next time I come. Location: The B&B is located in the third phase of the resort. Although it is farther from the ski resort than the first and second phases, it is less than ten minutes' walk to the ski hall. You can also find some hotels and convenience stores along the way. Don’t worry if you don’t want to walk, the B&B will provide a free on-call car service, which is very considerate. Environment: The apartment building of the B&B is very new, and the entrance of the building is carefully decorated. It is very beautiful especially when the lights are turned on at night. When I got out of the car with my suitcase and approached the apartment on the first day, I felt the strong atmosphere, tiredness and coldness. It also eased a lot. Hygiene: The entire room was newly renovated at the end of 2023. The decoration is simple but very clean and hygienic. The spacious suite is very comfortable to live in, and the heating is sufficient. You can wear short sleeves in the room. Facilities: The house is equipped with a washing machine, stove, and refrigerator. Disposable towels are provided in the bathroom. The smart TV is easy to connect. You will not be bored when you return to the house after skiing at night. Facilities: There is a breakfast shop and a large restaurant downstairs. The buns at the bun shop on the first floor are delicious. For two days in a row, we calmly had breakfast at home before changing clothes and going to the ski resort. It was very convenient. Service: The entire check-in and check-out are all self-service, which is very hassle-free. The customer service staff are very attentive and respond in a timely manner. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic."

"The room's location is very convenient. Although it's in Phase 3, it's quite close to the ski resort, only a 7-8 minute walk. There's also Qingshan Restaurant and Erliang Baozi Shop right outside, making it super convenient. The room was very clean and tidy, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!! I'll definitely stay here again next time."

The hotel itself is outstanding. We stayed in a spacious suite with a private balcony offering beautiful views. Everything was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. For families, it’s a perfect choice. The children’s play room and arcade were a huge hit. As for winter sports, the hotel provides excellent rental equipment for skiing and snowboarding. What truly impressed me was the team of coaches—they are highly professional, yet incredibly friendly and patient, ensuring everyone had a great time on the slopes. In short, I cannot recommend the New Story Hotel highly enough. It’s the complete package: wonderful people, fantastic amenities, and a warm, family-like atmosphere. I simply can’t wait to return!"

"Second phase is really close to the ski resort. There's a supermarket downstairs, which is convenient. The bathroom is a bit small. The cleaning staff were quite diligent and kept the place very clean, but one night there was a bug on the bedsheet. The front desk staff proactively contacted guests via WeChat, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's pretty good."
