XXiaodiDr.liuwasuisuinianThe hotel is very close to the ski resort, within walking distance or a short shuttle ride. The shuttle service is super convenient, departing as soon as you arrive and getting you to the slopes in just 2 minutes. The hotel itself is warm, clean, and has a cozy atmosphere – you can comfortably wear a T-shirt indoors. All the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. The restaurant offers a fantastic late-night snack selection every evening, with beef noodles, beef vermicelli, orange juice, milk, and wontons – it's incredibly rich! The room layout is well-designed, and they even provided complimentary beverages. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

AAnonymous UserThe room featured a chic, light luxury style. It was spacious and impeccably clean, with plush bedding that ensured a truly refreshing sleep. The bathroom had a convenient wet-dry separation, and the attention to detail throughout was excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in was both swift and thoughtful, and they even proactively upgraded my room type.
The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast at Xijiangyue Restaurant offered an extensive selection, including Chinese pastries, hot dishes, and various congees. The Chaoshan cuisine at Wanyuege Chinese Restaurant was incredibly authentic. Furthermore, Pengdashi Hotpot not only provided stunning river views but also offered a two-person set menu with exceptional value for money.

AAllxtThis hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here.
My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing!
We'll definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children).
We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone.
We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed.
Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days.
But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain.
And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered.

The hotel has convenient transportation and is very close to the scenic spot. It is a well-established four-star hotel.

TTaiguxiahoubaThe experience of the standard room this time is directly full! The room is clean and tidy, no smell, the lighting is transparent, the overall layout is reasonable and not depressing, and the living is particularly comfortable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the two beds are medium in size, the pillows are soft and hard to choose, and you don't want to get up when you lie down. You can sleep well until dawn. Mainly because the mattress is well supported and there is no abnormal noise, it is very comfortable and the quality of sleep is superb. The room is fully equipped, the air conditioning is fast, the TV is clear and the channels are many, the network speed is smooth and not stuck, and the office is convenient. The tables and chairs are stable, the table is clean, the details are very careful, and I will come to this hotel next time!

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel. My mother and two babies are very happy. The hotel rooms are very luxurious, much better than the hotels of the same price in the south. The service quality, especially Wang Bing from the front office, made us feel at home. She was very enthusiastic and explained clearly all the questions we didn't understand. Just because of Wang Bing, I will stay here again when I go back to Jilin.

The breakfast selection was abundant, with every bite reflecting careful preparation. The cleaning staff were meticulous, ensuring even the corners were spotless. Overall, a great hotel stay experience.
However, I have to complain about the face recognition requirement for ski tickets at Zhan Yun and Prince Hotel. It's ridiculous! Having to take off gloves, face masks, and goggles in the freezing cold at the gondola queue, struggling to get it to work while others just swipe their cards and go right in, it's incredibly inconvenient and often doesn't even work properly for a long time.
