Chose the hotel due to the river view from the room. However, check-in experience was disappointing . Staff came across as inexperienced and arrogant. Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

The hotel is as good as always, and the price does not increase during the Spring Festival. It is worth recommending. It is very convenient to Changbai Island and Longtan Mountain. There is a drunkard street around it. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants open during the Spring Festival. I have to complain a little. I booked a twin room and breakfast was only for one person. In short, the hotel in my hometown must be rated 5, and I hope more friends from other places will come to stay.

Just a short overnight stay. Quiet at night. No malls no shopping. There is a street with restaurants about less than 10min walk from the hotel. There is a nearby morning street market, no tourist just locals going about their daily lives. Had breakfast there and bought some fruits for the road. The morning market is between 5-8am. The room design is novel and very fashionable, suitable for young people to check in. Facilities: Very new Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Very close to Xiamen Street, just turn right when you go out. Many delicious foods are nearby. The basement is very bright, and there are security guards to guide parking during the day. Service: Super five-star service, KIKI at the front desk quickly helped us check in, the business is very skilled, and the service attitude is also very good, which deserves praise. The room service and management are also superb. The breakfast category is complete and very rich. It would be more perfect if we could bring some special foods from our Jilin City. When checking out, they also brought us iced mineral water. Next time I go to Jilin City, I will definitely choose this store.

Very surprised that as an international chain this hotel has no room service. For international traveler without local phone number it is impossible to book food delivery online. By international standard this is a lower end 4 star hotel in terms of amenities and service. The front office double up as concierge.

Stayed for one night and experienced the small hot pot on the third floor and breakfast the next day. The room is clean, quiet and non-smoking, which is very suitable for people like me who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The breakfast is rich, and I love corn, porridge and mixed cold dishes. The small hot pot is a group purchase, which is a bit wasteful but tastes good. Thumbs up. The waiters and the front desk are very warm and thoughtful, and parking is free.

Another nice surprise was the hotel’s thoughtful gesture of providing free porridge in the evenings. After a long day of exploring, it was a warm and comforting treat to enjoy before bed. Additionally, the hotel is well-equipped with convenient amenities like washing machines and dryers, which is always a bonus when you're traveling for an extended period. For food lovers, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is just a short walk from 新兴园饺子, a famous local dumpling restaurant. The proximity made it easy for us to enjoy some of the best dumplings in the area without having to travel far. Overall, the hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and service, making it a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area.

Most of the services can be reserved via Wechat with a prompt response. The airport pick up service is superb, like a VIP. The driver waited for me at the meeting point with the well-recognized sign of my name. I only reserve for regular car at 280 Yuan The room is great, spacious for two people, heated floor, comfortable beds. They offer many services, such as free zen massage, body measurements. However, I went for skiing and explore the slope, so I didn't use many facilities in the hotel.
