Chose the hotel due to the river view from the room. However, check-in experience was disappointing . Staff came across as inexperienced and arrogant. Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

I came to this B&B on a business trip. The room is big and has a very clear TV. The owner is so attentive that the TV is available for members. It is well-received. The room is very quiet and the bed is clean. It is quite comfortable to sleep. After dinner in the evening, I went out for a walk to the villa area. It is worthy of being called the Little Switzerland of Northeast China. When I returned to the B&B, the lights hanging on several small roads were all lit up. Everything around became soft and quiet because of these lights. The environment is really good. There are free drink coupons when you check in. The drinks are good. I will come again.

1. The front desk upgraded the room to a high floor for free
2. There is a free late-night cafeteria to satisfy foodies
3. The breakfast is rich and I want to use it in the sun room
4. Although it is not possible to delay check-out, it provides a shower room. I hope other hotels can learn from it

Appreciate the staff's hospitality and friendliness. Even though I can understand very little Chinese, they are all willing to give me the best service using translation app.

Most of the services can be reserved via Wechat with a prompt response.
The airport pick up service is superb, like a VIP. The driver waited for me at the meeting point with the well-recognized sign of my name. I only reserve for regular car at 280 Yuan
The room is great, spacious for two people, heated floor, comfortable beds. They offer many services, such as free zen massage, body measurements. However, I went for skiing and explore the slope, so I didn't use many facilities in the hotel.

The projection in the room is even more amazing. The large picture is clear and bright, with full colors. Lying on the sofa at night and watching a movie, it feels like you are in a private theater. It is warm and enjoyable, and you feel like you are on vacation instantly! The breakfast was also good. It was delivered directly to the room. When we went skiing the next day, the lady at the front desk gave us another ski sticker. I love it [love]

One word: Amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, The front desk staff is very efficient in checking in,especially 石雨婷,李佩航,邱思羽making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were quick to answer any questions I had and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure mystaywasenjoyable. I appreciated the ir professionalism and willingness to assist me with anything I needed. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the room a warm and inviting feel. The bed was soft and plush, and I had a great night's sleep. The service at the hotel is good, we were checked in quickly and given a room larger than we had originally booked, as our room was not ready yet. The room was spacious and quite clean, but the bedroom smelled of carpet. The cleaner came every morning at 10 am, which is very early for cleaning, as we were still in bed at that time and had to cancel the cleaning. The audibility is quite strong, we could hear the conversations of the neighbors upstairs. And once they started making noise in the corridor as early as 6 am, as there were newlyweds living on our floor and they were having a wedding. Overall, I liked the hotel, it has a good location in the city center, next to the train station, but it has its downsides

This is my second fantastic stay at this hotel! What a great experience I have had. The hotel is great and the people are awesome! They are doing what is beyond their duties to help my stay like home. I LOVE ❤️ 💕 this place! I would rate millions of stars if I could. During this stay, I ate at the restaurant a few times. First of all, the homestay upgraded my ordinary room to the parent-child room. The parent-child room saw the snow outside on three sides of the glass. The room was very wide and the heating was sufficient. The child went out four or five times a day to play in the yard. It was too cold and came back to the room to warm. It was really extremely comfortable.
In addition to breakfast, the homestay also includes a rich Northeast special dinner. On the first night, I ate the oversized iron pot stewed chicken and cold dishes. On the second night, I ate the iron pot stewed Songhua Lake fish. Seven or eight pounds of fresh fish were delicious. There was also a frozen pear frozen persimmon ～
There is such a sentence in Jilin [watching fog at night, watching hanging in the morning, watching the flowers at noon] This is what the enthusiastic eldest sister of the hotel told us. This trip does not have to be arranged by yourself, it is really a holiday in the real sense. The children were reluctant to leave before checking out, and they also arranged a brand new Northeast flower suit to take pictures for us ～
What is the harm of comparison! ! I booked another homestay nearby. In addition to the breakfast package, the other party did not even come to pick us up. But Banshanju Snow Mountain B&B has a pattern. I know that no one picks up. I also sent us there. I took us to pick Dandong strawberries halfway.
Banshanju Snow Mountain B&B really does make guests family and feel at home! ! Six-star environment, ten-star service.
That said, I lived in the middle of the mountain for two days and a minute. Three meals and attractions a day are free. I live in another room. It costs more than 300 for one meal and dinner.
I rarely comment, but this experience was so happy and so lucky!

Service: Sister Jenny and Sister Wang are very enthusiastic and warm. The apartment also provides ski peripheral rental services. If you don’t understand anything, just ask them.
