The landlady was incredibly welcoming, the room was fully equipped, the environment was fantastic, and it had everything I needed – TV, air conditioning, etc. – which was convenient for changing clothes after skiing. The hot water in the shower was plentiful and very comfortable. The landlady was especially kind and helpful, resolving any issues promptly. A truly wonderful travel experience."

"Our stay at the Seibu Prince Hotel was perfect from start to finish. A special thank you to Concierge Manager Mao Zijian, Concierge Teng Yu, and front desk staff Liang Jing and Yan Sinuo for their incredibly thoughtful service. Liang Jing and Yan Sinuo at the front desk handled our check-in efficiently and quickly, patiently answered our questions about local attractions, and maintained a warm smile throughout, making us feel welcomed the moment we arrived. Concierge Manager Mao Zijian and Teng Yu were meticulous and thorough, handling everything from luggage to travel guidance with great care. They proactively helped us plan routes for exploring the area, were always responsive to our requests, and acted promptly. Their professional and warm service added an extra layer of comfort and relaxation to our trip. Highly recommended, and I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to these four individuals once again!"

As a high-end Japanese luxury brand under Gokurakuyu, the hotel is centrally located within the resort, a mere 5-minute walk directly to the slopes, allowing for true 'ski-in/ski-out' access. The complete equipment rental service was incredibly convenient. From our window, we enjoyed stunning views of the snowy mountains and rime ice, while the wooden, gassho-style architecture exuded a warm, Zen-like tranquility. Our room was spotless, with custom pillows and a wide array of amenities showing great attention to detail. After skiing, we headed straight to the Gokurakuyu on the second floor, where the alkaline hot springs warmly washed away our fatigue. Coupled with delicious Japanese cuisine like sushi, sashimi, and tonkotsu ramen, both our bodies and taste buds were thoroughly satisfied. The staff were meticulous and attentive, providing 24-hour responsive service, making our entire stay from check-in to check-out incredibly comfortable. Whether you're traveling with family or are a passionate skier, this is the perfect choice for a winter vacation. It's already on our annual must-visit list!

The value for money is incredible; I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again for my next ski trip! **For Families:** Choosing the right hotel is so important when traveling with kids! This place perfectly met our family's needs. The room was prepped with children's books and small toys, and our baby started playing happily the moment we walked in.
