Parking and transportation were incredibly convenient, with a dedicated parking lot that offered free parking simply by scanning a QR code upon exit. The hotel service was exceptionally attentive. From check-in at the front desk right through to our departure, everything was excellent. We were particularly impressed by the service from Annie and Zoe. Also, there was a young male staff member who, noticing our many bags, proactively helped us operate the elevator with his key card every single time. Such thoughtful and proactive service! (It would be even cooler if they had robots for food delivery! 🤭) We opted for the Panoramic King Room, which was wonderfully bright, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! We felt perfectly comfortable and cool throughout our stay, and we will absolutely choose the Jiaxing Marriott Hotel again for our next visit! 👍"
