"The entire park is under unified management, and check-in procedures are centralized at the entrance, which is better than living in Pujin outside the scenic area. If you can’t walk anymore, call a tour bus at any time. The location of the inn is very good. It is quiet in the middle of the city and only a two- to three-minute walk from important attractions. There is a FamilyMart nearby, and shopping is also very convenient. Currently, there are still many facilities that are not fully equipped and there are not many dining options. Having a FamilyMart will be much more convenient. The room is large and clean. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. If you have big luggage, you can only ask the front desk to help carry it upstairs. Breakfast is shared by several inns, and it is very busy during holidays. When it gets colder and I can see the ginkgo trees, I will still stay at this inn, it’s good."

"The location is superb! It's incredibly close to Jiaxing Station and right next to South Lake, making the South Lake Scenic Area easily accessible on foot. The hotel's design beautifully incorporates the lake into its landscape, and with a nearby pagoda in view, every turn within the property offers a new, picturesque scene.
Dining options are excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including many distinctive local snacks. The Chinese restaurant's dishes are also delicious, and the portions are very generous.
The rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean. Our upgraded suite even featured a lovely small balcony. There are also numerous comfortable lounging areas along the paths leading to the rooms.
The service is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. All staff members are incredibly warm, friendly, and proactive in offering assistance. The hotel's internal shuttle service is very prompt, and they consistently go above and beyond to meet guests' needs.
Overall, my stay experience was absolutely fantastic, and a significant portion of this wonderful experience can be attributed to the truly outstanding and attentive service."

Newly renovated, the hotel is stylish and refined. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices were acceptable. The hotel is quite spacious, which helped disperse the crowds, so it never felt noisy.
The business twin room, at 40 square meters, is generously sized and very comfortable.
The garden outside the gym is also quite beautiful.
Cross the bridge directly opposite the hotel, and in about 5 minutes, you'll reach Haogu Pagoda. Climbing the pagoda offers panoramic views of the entire South Lake. There's a beautiful greenway around South Lake, with weeping willows and clear blue waters, making for a very pleasant stroll.
Turning right from the hotel, a 10-minute walk brings you to the Zicheng Ruins, with the Grand Cathedral right next door. A tram station is conveniently located by the cathedral.
Xiexi Street is located behind the hotel, and a 15-minute walk will bring you to the famous Shaomai eateries there.
Just to the right of the hotel, there's an ice cream shop. Their pecan ice cream is delicious, and their lemon-chili flavored ice cream is surprisingly amazing.
Also nearby are a Wufangzhai specialty store and a cozy cat cafe.
The hotel breakfast, priced at a very reasonable 38 RMB per person, offers great value. It includes live cooking stations for noodles and wontons, as well as fruit salads, freshly brewed coffee, and kid-friendly options like cereal and yogurt.
Yuehe Street is also within easy reach. Hotel parking is free, and there are ample spaces, even during long holidays.

The room is a bit small in the bed, but it is barely enough to stay for one night, and the office area is also very convenient. It's the closest near 5-star hotel to my company and features an internal park that's also open to the public. The price offers incredible value for money, the breakfast spread is extensive, there are two gyms, and the pool is quite lively. I also received two complimentary cookies, and they kindly packed one of my two breakfasts for takeaway."

"I went on a business trip to Jiaxing but unexpectedly got an unexpected stay experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby and smelled the Longjing tea, I felt the attentiveness of this Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk used a tablet to help me complete the formalities in three minutes, and the hand-painted version of ”Xiuzhou Food Map” handed over was simply a treasure - I ate authentic Zou Daxian Yanduxiang according to the recommendation.
The zero-pressure bed in the room saved me from long-term cervical discomfort. I especially noticed that the USB port at the head of the bed has a luminous function, so I don’t have to find a socket in the dark to charge in the middle of the night. The detail that the gym is open 24 hours a day is a plus. After working overtime late at night, I can even use sports equipment with ice compress function.
The most unforgettable thing is the episode when checking out: I casually mentioned that I had to catch the high-speed rail, and the concierge handed me a sandwich coffee combination in an insulated bag like magic. This kind of subtle and thoughtful service is probably the highest level of the hotel industry."

"A friend recommended this hotel for a one-night stay, and it was perfect for taking the kids out. First, the hotel is right inside Nanhu Tiandi; just park your car and take the elevator. It's very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing, especially now that the weather is hot, enjoying the night view in the evening is a great experience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel provides complimentary qipao and hanfu clothing, as well as its own garden, just out the back door—it's photogenic. Taking photos yourself at the hotel is definitely enough. Since we were traveling with our mothers, we wanted to give them a unique experience, so we booked a photographer and makeup artist on the hotel's recommendation. They were both fantastic! The communication was smooth, the staff were friendly, and most importantly, the photography and makeup skills were top-notch. The mothers were all very satisfied. Since we made a last-minute decision, we didn't bring any clothes, as there aren't many styles or sizes here. If you need any, you can bring your own clothes, and that would be perfect."

AAnonymous UserMy room was on the ground floor; the window directly faced a wall when the curtains were open, with only a small window looking out onto a shared patio. This room type wasn't entirely as depicted in the booking photos. Overall, it was decent. The positives include a convenient central location for easy access, L'Occitane toiletries (a nice touch, typical of a boutique hotel), and both the room and bathroom were quite spacious. The set-menu breakfast was also quite refined. As for drawbacks, the small window offered poor ventilation, the bed was immediately visible upon entering the room, and there were quite a few mosquitoes on the ground floor. Overall, it offers good value for money compared to similarly priced rooms within Wuzhen.

I simply must commend Tishang Hotel for its unparalleled attention to detail! The rooms are equipped with mattresses and pillows whose firmness can be adjusted. Even my mom, with her notoriously finicky neck, slept soundly all night! The breakfast spread was not just plentiful but utterly delightful, offering everything from Chinese dim sum to Western pastries—starting the day with such a meal felt truly therapeutic!
The hotel boasts a superb location—tucked away in the most secluded part of Xizha Scenic Area, offering both privacy and tranquility, yet remarkably convenient. A complimentary on-demand shuttle service is available to all scenic spots. The stunning infinity pool was a huge hit with the kids, who had an absolute blast; from the poolside, you can watch boats drift by on the river, a scene as picturesque as an ink wash painting.
This hotel genuinely hits all the right notes for families traveling with children! Thoughtful amenities, a prime location, and fantastic options for kids to burn off energy—it truly made our Wuzhen trip perfect! 💯

GGuest UserService is impeccable, staff provided very personalised butler service. Location is awesome. Staff provided personalised pick up service, avoided crowds and fast pass check in. Hotel gifted us with two lovely tubs of tea. Buggy service to indoor pool in nearby hotel. Breakfast also in nearby hotel.
Tv was too small when watching from bed. Do consider installing a bigger TV.

EEUC riderFantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MM18639****My stay at the Hilton Jiaxing this time was absolutely fantastic! Even before I had fully stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the warm enthusiasm of staff member Mona, who proactively helped upgrade my room – setting a wonderfully positive tone right from the start.
The room itself was cozy and elegantly furnished. Its spacious layout, starting from a generous 42 square meters, ensured I never felt cramped. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a superb view; at night, the glittering city lights were a beautiful sight to behold right from my bed. The in-room amenities also reflected high quality: a 55-inch HD LCD TV, a separate shower and bathtub, and international brand Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries – every detail exuded a touch of luxury. Executive Rooms and Suites even come equipped with a capsule coffee machine and a variety of teas, truly demonstrating an understanding of guests' needs.
The hotel's dining options were also a delightful surprise! Yu All-Day Dining restaurant offered an extensive breakfast buffet with a complete array of both Chinese and Western dishes. Local Jiaxing specialties like 'rouzong' (savory sticky rice dumplings) and Nanhu water caltrops, along with mini pan-fried buns and tofu pudding, all tasted fantastic. The freshly-made Eggs Benedict and pan-fried dumplings are definitely a must-try. Adjacent to the restaurant, there's a playful children's dining and play zone, which families with kids will surely appreciate. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor specializes in local Shanghai and Cantonese cuisine, boasting a serene and elegant ambiance perfect for family gatherings or business dinners. Afternoon tea at the Silk Lobby Lounge was exquisite and delicious; paired with a signature cocktail, it created a wonderfully relaxing experience. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and Happy Hour were equally impressive, offering a wide variety of hot dishes, desserts, and fruits, all of high quality.
The leisure facilities were also comprehensive. The fitness center on the 2nd floor features a variety of equipment, and the indoor heated pool has crystal-clear water. After a swim, you can unwind in the sauna. Furthermore, the hotel boasts an excellent location in Nanhu District, surrounded by all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Wanda Plaza is just a short walk away, and it's not far from Nanhu Scenic Area, Yuehe Ancient Town, and Jiaxing South High-Speed Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiaxing, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! We stayed in a waterfront room, which was a truly special experience. My mother was carsick upon arrival, and the hotel even provided mung bean sweet soup and snow fungus soup for her in the evening. I highly recommend staying within the scenic area; the night views are absolutely stunning. The hotel was impeccably clean, and Xiao Dang, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly warm and helpful. She came out early to meet us, helped with our luggage, introduced us to the attractions, suggesting routes and a recommended order of visit, and consistently checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Traveling with elderly parents and children, and with the hot weather, Xiao Dang thoughtfully advised me on the pros and cons of the hotel's breakfast versus trying local morning tea spots. In the end, we opted for the buffet breakfast at the hotel, and I also went to a morning tea spot to buy some specialty snacks to bring back and eat. Overall, it was a perfect experience and a perfect trip to Wuzhen. If I visit Wuzhen again, I would definitely choose to stay at Tong'an Inn.

The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
