"Service: Aileen from customer service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She sent me a detailed video via WeChat showing how to get to the hotel and patiently answered all my questions. What truly amazed me was that I accidentally left my ring at the hotel, and I didn't even notice until after I'd already landed! Aileen proactively contacted me to inform me, which was absolutely wonderful! The overall hotel environment is excellent. With a direct connection from Qingdao North Station to Jiaodong Airport, and the hotel being located right inside the airport, it was extremely convenient for catching our flight the next day, especially when traveling with children. Facilities: They have a swimming pool that kids absolutely loved! (P.S. The young man at the pool reception provided fantastic service; my child was so eager to get into the water that he ran in, and the staff member proactively inflated his swim ring and brought it directly to the pool.) The gym was also very clean, smelled fresh, and all the equipment was in good working order. There's a convenience store downstairs, which was super handy for buying snacks and drinks for the kids. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors at all. The staff even upgraded me to a five-star deluxe room free of charge, which was a wonderful bonus! Environment: Both the hotel lobby and the room environment were very pleasant – clean and quiet. Being located right inside the airport, it couldn't have been more convenient, especially for parents traveling with children!"

"The pre-booked airport and subway station transfers were incredibly convenient; the driver was punctual and very friendly, which made my trips over the past two days thoroughly enjoyable. My room even had a mini-fridge, which was perfect for storing leftover local dishes since I was traveling solo. To top it off, the hotel restaurant kindly reheated my food for lunch! This was a truly fantastic experience!"

"The location and facilities are great, truly convenient, and there were no issues with the amenities themselves. However, I would like to highlight two problems from my stay. Firstly, upon check-in, I requested an invoice and a receipt. The front desk staff added me on WeChat and agreed to send an electronic version via WeChat. I also specified that there were no specific date requirements for the receipt or invoice (Image 1). Typically, other hotels issue and send these documents to guests around 1-2 AM. However, your hotel provided no response whatsoever, and I had to inquire about it during my check-out after 6 AM before it was finally sent. Secondly, after waking up, I found red rashes on my body (Image 2). I don't normally have such skin issues, and the day before, I hadn't consumed alcohol or any allergenic foods. By the afternoon after check-out, the rashes had disappeared. I also recall a faint, sour odor from either the duvet or the pillow, which leads me to suspect this was an acute reaction caused by poor bedding hygiene. I'm leaving this review with the genuine hope that your hotel continues to improve. No compensation needed, no apology required, and no need to contact me."

"I originally paid 20,000 won, but they said they don't accept foreigners, so I changed to this hotel. I'm happy. The shuttle was free, so it was very convenient. Of course, the accommodation was clean. It was a very big hotel, but there weren't many people. It was Labor Day."

"This place is ideal for an overnight stay near the airport, perfect for late arrivals or early departures. The room was clean and tidy. While there's no private bathroom, the shared facilities were quite clean (no shower though). Finding it for the first time can be a bit challenging. You'll need to exit the easternmost door on the departures level and walk straight down the corridor for about 5 minutes. There are no hotel signs within the terminal building, which makes it quite hard to locate. I'd recommend asking the airport to add some signage."

"Good hotel. The best part is that it is very near to the airport. They have free shuttle service to airport. So if you need to catch an early flight, this can be one of the option. Front desk staff is very cooperative. Beautiful girls at the front desk are sweet and very helpful. Can speak a little English too. Which helps a lot if you are a foreigner."

"This is my second stay here, and I'm extremely pleased with everything! Cleanliness: When traveling with children, cleanliness and comfort are paramount. On both occasions, the rooms have been exceptionally clean. Service: The service was fantastic! From the shuttle driver to the front desk staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until after 3 AM, but the hotel kindly arranged a late check-out for us. The shuttle driver was completely unfazed by our late arrival, enthusiastically helping us with our luggage and chatting with us. I even managed to trip the circuit breaker while boiling water, and one of the front desk staff patiently helped me resolve the power issue!"

"It's a nice hotel overall - I'd definitely recommend it if you just want to spend the night close to the airport and don't want to explore the city (it's a bit too far then). The staff are friendly and helpful. I was picked up from the airport (the hotel is roughly 20 minutes away by car). There's Luckin coffee and KFC 20 minutes away on foot. The room is sparkling clean. Basic amenities are provided - even a small fridge. AC works fine."
