What truly amazed me was that I accidentally left my ring at the hotel, and I didn't even notice until after I'd already landed! Aileen proactively contacted me to inform me, which was absolutely wonderful! The overall hotel environment is excellent. With a direct connection from Qingdao North Station to Jiaodong Airport, and the hotel being located right inside the airport, it was extremely convenient for catching our flight the next day, especially when traveling with children. Facilities: They have a swimming pool that kids absolutely loved! (P.S. The young man at the pool reception provided fantastic service; my child was so eager to get into the water that he ran in, and the staff member proactively inflated his swim ring and brought it directly to the pool.) The gym was also very clean, smelled fresh, and all the equipment was in good working order. There's a convenience store downstairs, which was super handy for buying snacks and drinks for the kids. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors at all. The staff even upgraded me to a five-star deluxe room free of charge, which was a wonderful bonus! Environment: Both the hotel lobby and the room environment were very pleasant – clean and quiet. Being located right inside the airport, it couldn't have been more convenient, especially for parents traveling with children!"

"This place is ideal for an overnight stay near the airport, perfect for late arrivals or early departures. The room was clean and tidy. While there's no private bathroom, the shared facilities were quite clean (no shower though). Finding it for the first time can be a bit challenging. You'll need to exit the easternmost door on the departures level and walk straight down the corridor for about 5 minutes. There are no hotel signs within the terminal building, which makes it quite hard to locate. I'd recommend asking the airport to add some signage."
