Our breakfast experience at the Sheraton Jiaozhou was delightful! The restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, and the food selection was plentiful. But the real highlight was the dedicated kids' station – adorable mini pastries that thrilled my child to no end. They truly understand the needs of families with young children! 👍 A special shout-out to Miss Chaoyue from the restaurant for her warm and attentive service, and also to Chef Xiao Miao for making perfect omelets – cooked just right with rich fillings that even my child loved.

The staff are warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, providing excellent emotional support. They actively and proactively solve problems and offer assistance. The rooms are comfortable and clean: the bedding is spotless, the water temperature is just right, and there are plenty of options. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay again. Airport layover! It's a 30-minute drive from Jiaodong Airport. The room was spacious but had a strange layout. The cleanliness could be improved; the shower and sink drained slowly, causing water to pool. The shower water wasn't consistently hot. The door lock wasn't quiet, which was a bit noisy. They have a pool and a gym. Breakfast was included, but I didn't get to eat it. Parking was free, and the service was thoughtful.

The experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and spotless. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The hotel's location is super convenient with great transportation links, right next to the city hall, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. Guests also get free parking. Plus, they offer a shuttle service for concerts, which is a huge bonus!

Temporarily stayed in Qingdao, and while the room was a bit old, it was very clean. They even upgraded our room when they saw we had a child with us. Ordering delivery is super convenient in the area. This is definitely one of the better hotels in Jiaozhou.
