"Wow! Wow! Wow! What an experience we had! It was really fantastic! They provide a good service and do everything so well, that you want to continue your stay there! When we came into the room, there was a table laid with tea and Japanese desert mocha for two people. I appreciate for that! The Japanese kaiseki dinner was up to my taste, but not all the food as I could not recognise the taste of some and I simply didn’t like it. My daughter doesn’t like fish, so she could taste only a few dishes. She liked rice (how good it was cooked). A wonderful sunset and a wonderful sunrise is way I intended to see! I did! It was amazing! Photos attached. Try to see it, too! The breakfast was also with fish. As for me, it was tasty. My daughter found it not to her taste. Onsen was relaxing and very good to visit! Worthy! They drove us to the station after our stay at the hotel. I appreciate the hotel for the accommodation and service! I recommend this hotel, but I would come hear earlier to spend more time in ryokan!"

"the servise is quite good and the reception staffs are responsive and helpful. the scenery should be nice and can see the sea shore but given that I stayed in typhoon days, I can only show you some misty pics. One pity thing is that it's a little bit dusty and humid. also recommend the dinner buffet,high quality."

"This hot spring hotel is fantastic. The staff at the front desk and restaurant speak fluent English. We booked two nights, allowing us to experience two different breakfasts and dinners. Dinner consisted of 11 courses, each with a detailed explanation. An hour flew by, and I took my time savoring it. In the evening, I soaked in nine different hot springs, completely washing away my fatigue. The hotel is within walking distance of the station, making it convenient for visiting several attractions. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is located close to the Ito downtown, we were driving so it wasn't an issue. There are plenty of parking at the hotel. The ryokan is well maintained, it doesn't feel old, the onsen are properly modernized and clean. The room is HUGE which, with many functional areas, it was very pleasant room. There is also a private onsen as well for family or couples for a small fee. The private onsen has a good traditional style to it and it was open-air . There are also a chair for old people and toys for kids, so it's well thought out. Many people seems to like to have their dinner at the private eating room on first floor, so we did the same. They had one service person per 2-3 rooms maybe so we were well serviced, and the guy was very nice. I remember meeting him for dinner, and he realized we can only speak English, so the next morning when we met him again for breakfast, it looks like he made note in his notebook so he can properly introduce the dishes to us in English. I could feel the dedication so thank you to the man."

"The sea view is beautiful. Although the hotel is a little old in decoration, the hygiene is very good. The bathroom is newly renovated and the facilities are very good. The only drawback is that the room lighting is a little dim and the door can be upgraded to a smart lock~"

"The hotel is very good, with a beautiful environment and is very clean. It is just a little off the beaten track. You need a shuttle bus to get in and out. The bus is in the parking lot. Exit the north exit of Izu Kogen Station and walk along the corridor to the bus stop. The bus is parked opposite. The sign on the bus is eye-catching and easy to find! Arrive at the hotel at 2:30, 3:30, and 4:20 in the afternoon... This bus stop is also the bus stop to Omuroyama, Cactus Zoo, and Ocean Park..."

"When checking in, there were staff waiting at the door before the car was parked. There were six rooms in total. The public area was not big, mainly in the room. One parking and two meals were not a sham. The water quality and temperature of the two private hot springs outdoor and indoor were impeccable. It was about ten minutes by car from Mount Omuro. All the staff were friendly and attentive. When leaving the hotel, the staff saw me off until the car turned out and no one was around. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay."

"I found this hotel by chance and stayed for two nights. It felt very relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is run by a Chinese from Shanghai who immigrated to Japan, and the owner is very enthusiastic. Since the days are short and the nights are long in winter in Izu, it gets dark at five o'clock and many shops are closed. When we were wondering what to do, the shop owner offered to drive us to a convenience store to buy groceries and introduced us to a restaurant frequented by locals. After dinner, we were picked up at the restaurant and returned to the hotel. The atmosphere of the entire hotel is very leisurely. The hotel is connected to an art gallery, which is the work of the hotel owner. There is also a coffee shop that sells coffee and cakes, which are also homemade by the owner, which is quite thoughtful. There happened to be no other guests during our two-day stay, so the public hot spring facilities became private, which was quite a surprise. 😃 In the morning, there are cute little squirrels on the terrace. You can have a good cup of tea and have a leisurely breakfast before setting off for the next stop. 😎 When we left, the hotel owner even drove us to the train station, which was very considerate."

"It is a pure Japanese-style hotel hidden in the rich mountain. There are not many hotel rooms, three separate rooms, and a multi-room villa. It has seven open-air hot springs distributed on the mountain, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery on the mountain while soaking in the hot springs. The boss is a lady and speaks English. We arrived at Fuhu Station and contacted her, and sent a car to pick us up. The next day we were going to another hotel, and the boss also specially arranged for the driver to send us over, very enthusiastic. The quality of breakfast and dinner is good, Jin Muxuan and Wen Nayu are very delicious! There is a large balcony outside the room, sitting in it to enjoy the sunrise of the green trees, it is a recommended hotel!"
