Even though I booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled of cigarettes and was awful. I couldn't even request a room change. Since I was staying for multiple nights, the cigarette smell permeated my belongings and gave me a headache. I will never stay here again.

It's very good, the price is good, and the staff are well-mannered.

フロントの方は、優しく、丁寧で、とても気持ちよく対応していただけました。近くにカフェがあるか聞いたら、わさわざ、カフェまで連れて行っていただき、とても嬉しかったです。ただ、部屋の鍵の調子が悪く、部屋のドアを閉めると、入口ドアの鍵の開閉音がして、とても不安でした。また、洗面台に置いておいた、ヘアオイルとヘアクリームの入った、ケースがなくなっていたのは、少し残念でした。
