The hotel definitely looks better than it is in the photos. Nice location and food, great open air onsen, helpful staff and good value for money. Hope i can revisit it some day.

Overall facilities, food, services were awesome. Amazing services provided to us: complimentary ride to vine bridge, waterfall due to early arrival to hotel. Assisted to our train schedules for our next destination, offer treats for our long journey. Mailing postcard service. All staff demonstrated professional and courtesy attitude to their guest. Room Tenjin with open air bath is excellent, definitely recommended. Enjoy our stay. We would like to see bus schedules to be improved by increasing more buses run to and from the hotel; or arrange free hotel shuttle to and from Oboke Station, if required.

Best location as it is very close to the tourist spots. The staff are very helpful especially Lin at the reception as he gave us lots of useful tips and explanation. The owner was most attentive and she sang for us at dinner time which was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious and the onsen on the hill is very interesting. We enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting there again.

The staff have high service quality and are willing to help with anything. One of them speaks Cantonese and is very considerate and proactive. The surrounding environment is beautiful and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

A special hot spring hotel experience, with its own interesting cable car to the hot spring area, delicious food and accommodation, the Western-style room I stayed in seemed newly renovated, polite and enthusiastic staff, the landlady also sang a local folk song for the guests. Everything is so perfect, but it is best to drive there by yourself to save yourself some transportation troubles.

Transportation: If you are driving by yourself, there is absolutely no problem. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to pick you up, but there seems to be only one bus. Special: There is an open-air bath in the hotel, and you can sit in front of the cable car, which is quite interesting. The dinner includes robata grilled fish, which is very flavorful, and the landlady will also sing a song for you. An older hotel, overall it's ok, the restaurant is also good, there is a guy who can speak Chinese and a driver who is very friendly, polite and good service. The night tour is very good, but people outside the hot spring can also buy tickets to enter, which is very noisy. The hot spring experience is much worse 😅

Stayed in the refa room, which was newly renovated. It was beautiful and clean. The service was very good and very considerate. The proprietress was very friendly and sang a song during dinner. There was also a night tour of the suspension bridge at night. It's a very decent hotel. I can definitely stay there a second time. The only bad thing is that the clothes dryer is not well maintained. Even after drying for two hours, my clothes are still wet.

The hotel is some distance away from Oboke Station, and the bus schedule is sparse. Taking a taxi costs about 3,000 yen, but it is relatively close to Yume Stage and Iya Manbashi. The hotel staff was very nice. After checking in, he took the initiative to drive us to Iya Manbashi. The hotel room facilities are very innovative, and there is also an outdoor sky bath. The scenery is very beautiful, and it is highly recommended. It is worth mentioning that there is a night walk on the Iya Manbashi Bridge in the evening, which is very good. The proprietress was also very considerate and took the initiative to sing during dinner to welcome us.

The outdoor hot spring faces the green mountain view. Unfortunately, the weather is not good and you can't soak in the hot spring all the way to watch the starry sky at night. Usually, the landlady will sing a song after dinner at 8 p.m. You can participate in night viewing of Tengman Bridge and Waterfall. The driver will also take photos for us and check in. It feels good.
