nice service and comfort onsen with nice view, nice dinner provided from hotel

The hotel definitely looks better than it is in the photos. Nice location and food, great open air onsen, helpful staff and good value for money. Hope i can revisit it some day.

Overall facilities, food, services were awesome. Amazing services provided to us: complimentary ride to vine bridge, waterfall due to early arrival to hotel. Assisted to our train schedules for our next destination, offer treats for our long journey. Mailing postcard service. All staff demonstrated professional and courtesy attitude to their guest. Room Tenjin with open air bath is excellent, definitely recommended. Enjoy our stay. We would like to see bus schedules to be improved by increasing more buses run to and from the hotel; or arrange free hotel shuttle to and from Oboke Station, if required.

Best location as it is very close to the tourist spots. The staff are very helpful especially Lin at the reception as he gave us lots of useful tips and explanation. The owner was most attentive and she sang for us at dinner time which was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious and the onsen on the hill is very interesting. We enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting there again.

The hot springs are very nice, especially the open-air baths, which require a cable car to reach. Soaking in the hot springs on the top of the mountain, the air is super fresh and it feels very natural. The waiters are polite and attentive, and can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese, which makes them feel very friendly. Both dinner and breakfast were very rich and delicious. The proprietress sang a song during dinner! The hotel has free washing and drying machines which is very convenient! The only complaint is the Wi-Fi, which is too slow and disconnects easily. All in all, it's worth coming again.

Good experience! The room was well equipped, very clean and had a massage chair. There is a place selling souvenirs on the 1st floor. 

The hotel staff is very proactive and friendly, and the front desk clerk is very friendly The room seemed to have been recently renovated, large and comfortable. You can watch YouTube on TV. The bathhouse has a sauna, and the rest area also has massage chairs and washing and drying machines. The overall environment is very clean and tidy. But a bit far from the supermarket However, the hotel sells basic daily necessities. Nice experience.

The hotel hot spring can be reached by cable car, which is very special. The hotel has a rich dinner, good staff service, and a parking lot for drivers. The scenery along the way is beautiful. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time
