The hotel was located well for our needs. Parking was good with ample spaces. Overall hotel was a little older on the interior, could use some updating. The elevator was usable but scary. Jerked to a stop at every floor and sat for a few seconds before locking into place with another hard ****. Breakfast was your typical scrambled eggs, that could have been powdered initially, basic sausage breads waffles cereal etc etc, nothing special. Room itself was clean although dated. Air conditioner cooled and warmed well but was very noisy, hard to hear the television at times over it. Toilet seat was broken in the bathroom and barely attached to the base. Shower handle had to be manipulated to get it to the hot sitting. Overall I would give the hotel a 6 out of 10 for the overall experience.

I am disappointed and hurt, the front desk clerk seen that I was in a dark place. I checked in for two nights and I didn't realize checkout time was 11am that checkout morning. I checked out a hour later at 12 because on the door inside the rooms stated clearly checkout time is at 12. I ask why is it a 35 dollar charge she stated theres a 35 late fee after every hour. So i explain that i didnt know my checkout time was at 11am it states 12 am on the doors in the rooms, all she said oh our hotel is transition we haven't had the chance to take that down and charged me and extra 35 dollars for checking out late. Like a warning would of been nice because I am new here and they are clearly promoting false advertisements and think that's okay just because there transitioning. Like a person never know what someone is going through like that was clearly a mistake and the manager littered looked at me and walked away without even trying to help the situation. I was hurt I didn't even try to fix it I just said thank you for the stay and left. I just feel like situation can be handle better.

It's not a great value hotel. I can't say the cleanliness is that good. However, the location is not bad. Not downtown.
